confusing
Remind user agreement collects privacy data. No transparency on privacy. Breach of privacy. Remind got bought out by Parent Square which I have not used. confusion on top of confusion. Remind policy links are no longer valid. No proof of conversations so its risky communication.
msg conveying very less character. a proper msg convey in multiple go. that's annoying.

limited functionality. I mostly dislike that I am unable to archive/hide old conversations. its annoying to have to see old conversations from the past.

This app was great until it kept logging me out, and it lost my old account. I tried to retrieve the old account back but it keeps giving me errors. This app has become a frustration I don't want to deal with, yet I obligated to tolerate because the school uses this app.

doesn't work
fix the warning. I get it they can't message with me. don't make the warning take up half my screen. give them the warning that they're missing out on messages. I can't do anything about them not having the app installed
Good but as a student I could not type making it so that I can not ask my question . Along with that all you can add is a thumbs up emoji adding on to the frustration of having a question because all that does is say you understand the topic. Over all not my fancy and would not really recommend.
trying to get the app to accept permission for my child to get remind is ridiculous! it doesn't work! please do better if this is what our kids need to get info from their teachers.
I don't know why I can't connect to the app. it always says "oops we hit a snag". it doesn't let me see anything, or let me see or speak to the teachers.
apps like this should not exist. i wonder how much the bot army cost to get this to 4 stars

app is garbage, I very often don't get my notifications. I've checked the settings and it's on, I only know there's a msg if I go into the app

it completely sucks. doesn't work at all on phone. I have a Google pixel 9a this phone is trash as well.

App doesn't work. I get a system pop-up that I then cannot access within the application for details. (Guess I didn't sign up for the group it gave me a notification for? Make that make sense would you?)
the app is not working it keeps closing out and I unstalled it and reinstalled it I restarted my phone to still not working
I created my account and now it doesn't let me log back in. I even uninstalled and installed again but it's still not working. UPDATE: it's now working but it's been around four hours before it could work
I need to retrieve a missing conversation and there is ZERO support available to assist with this!
I'm one of the Class Owner and can't see the messages that the other parents and students send to the other owner.
I HATE THIS APP. All my teachers and coaches use it and it drives me nuts. Can you not post something on the Google classroom? It's overall very bad and confusing. There are some messages you don't get when you do remind the texting way. It's confusing and useless sort of. Don't use it teachers you'll stress your students and their parents out.

Will not let me log into my account at all, please fix this, I have deleted it and downloaded it but it still hasn't worked at all, and I need it for my classes, please.
This app never seems to work right. Most people can't get it to work, and it still doesn't work for those who can. Joining always has bugs. Notifications come late and garbled. When it works, it's passable, but that is a scarce occurrence.
educator/parent here: when it works it's great especially when you have students and they need help outside of work. But forbid you have a phone issue or you are logged out. I experienced both and I'm attempting to log in via the app on my new phone and the email code will not send to my inbox. yes I've checked all the folders and reached out to help that took 5 days to respond, and to no one's surprised I still can't get in the app. why isn't text an alternative security option??
Its frustrating. It says I have messages, then I go into them and they aren't there. it also says the teacher ( who is my child's teacher) that sent me the messages isn't on the app. its very time consuming and frustrating!!

I cant get messages to load from my child's teacher. Using Galaxy S24 with most recent updates.
please allow option to download high resolution pictures, photos, images on Android. iOS version shows photos in high res but on Android, it's very very blurry.
it was fine for the first few weeks, but now it won't let me even open it. it still sends me emails, but whenever I click the app, it forces me out. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it still won't work. So now I can't reply to anything, I can just see it. Please fix this.
This app has potential. But just has so many features that they are missing or are just poorly designed. I have been using this for 5 years now. It should be easier to start group messages with another teacher & parents, there is no option to schedule send when using the app only on the desktop version, parents should be easier to find in a list. Overall it really isn't as user friendly as it could be.
people are saying I'm in the remind and it shows I'm getting the messages yet I have not gotten a message from anyone at all. even the messages I was getting it says that person needs to download remind this is so aggravating when you need to be in communication with a teacher and can't.
Can't use it anymore due to password reset email continuously being sent hours later with an expired link. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restated device - nothing helped. Asked for help through their site, and their email response was that they no longer support customers using the free version of the app. This app used to be useful, but it's going downhill.
so far its incredibly difficult to use. I've found my schools and list of teachers, but the one I need is not listed even though I recieved a text inviting me to join. for a different club I keep trying to find it as well and it's just taking me back to the same blank page. I've clicked the link. nothing shows up
New User and it will not let me upload, I'm on an android phone, is this why?
