Worst app ever. can't event get verified to use it. tried dozens of times and reached to support. they can't help you.

First they will cut the money, then they will delay. And when you cancel it and try to ask for help from the support, they will give you feedback on terms. There is no option to send any proof using the chat option. All they ask you please wait and wait.

They banned my account for an absolutely no reason what so ever! Such a hopeless people!... I have contacted them.. They didn't even share the reason why they blocked me! They said that was a permanent decision! What for? I did nothing wrong! You must provide me the evidence what I did wrong, but you declined it! I've used that app for almost 2 years, and now suddenly out of the blue has been blocked permanently.. Shame on you Remitly
I’ve used Remitly before, but their latest business account update is an absolute mess. They’ve made the entire platform incredibly complicated to navigate. To make matters worse, the system won't even accept its own Remitly debit card for payments anymore. Trying to get a simple business transfer processed has become a massive, frustrating headache. delays my transfer and cancelled and doesn't help me at all and I need to wait for 10 days...first transfer is good but the next transfer they dont mind at all...they will not care because its not their money so they dont mind...so disappointing..atleast they should show concern not to tell you that they cannot do anything..is that how you treat the customer who has an emergency situation..train your agents as well. if there is negative star..it will definitely negative rating.
My experience was very good at first but then remitly unfairly and unjustly locked my account,been using it for 3 months now and they quickly assume some suspicious activity, their compliance team has bad attitude and don't tell you clearly the problem. They don't offer solution to the problem, i even showed proof of my identities and transaction,still they locked my account,bastards.

my account is suspended having done nothing wrong and there's no communication about why. Don't trust them with your money. edit: I have already filled out that form a few days ago.
