one of the worst app interfaces with one of the worst customer support. If reliability is your priority never use this app.

this application vary bad to transfer money
worst experience, client send payment from uk and they asked for utr letter, it was available online in uk's system, they closed the account and took all transfer amount as well, dont use this, they are scammer 😕
This app is really haptic for those who need to open a Usd account they are very bad at support I'm trying to verify my account and they are asking me to resolve issues but nothing happened. very bad experience with remitly.
Complete Failure! Don't Believe the 4.8 Stars READ the reviews you'll see plenty of unhappy customers. I have tried to use this app for 2 weeks and to this day I have not been able to. First time I was suspended because I use a VPN - There is no advance notice to users to turn off the VPN. FIX IT! Filling out the form it asks first and last name of the recipient but for second last name it said (optional) so I assumed it's an option. My transfer is now on HOLD AGAIN!
They advertise a flat rate $1.99 transfer fee but they use a below market exchange rate. A $500 transfer to Vietnam costs $12.42 due to the exchange rate in addition to the $1.99 flat fee. They offer an "economy" transfer with a better exchange rate but every time I select that option, the transaction fails with no explanation.
