Horrible. I was using Rewire for years without problem. Since they changed it to Remity app all I get is bugs. Every time I login it forgets my user it and I need to sign up from the beginning. Transfers get canceled for no reason. Just horrible.

I reached your customer service in which I was been asked personal questions in the name of security questions. I want someone from the management team to connect with me. As i have to report one of the guys who is been asking me. Team please take a look.
please use Punjabi actors for your advertisement if can't atleast use real Punjabi language in your add. using Hindi actors for Punjabi is really annoying. Use free AI but don't mess language

Easy app to navigate, okay exchange rates, and transfers work - but only with credit cards in my experience. My $300 transfer cost $11.40 by card, while the advertised $1.99 bank transfer option never worked. Customer service blamed my bank (false, confirmed by bank), keeps repeating scripts, “escalating” cases, and promising callbacks that never happen. Feels misleading to advertise a cheaper option that doesn’t actually work.
This application are not good because if your money is stuck in this they are not accumulated you i did transactions on 1 may till i didn't recviced now when i talk to there representatives they asked me for minimum 3 day 25 time i talk to them but they are not able to slove this issue and they not providing to email address for castmer Care officer

Worst customer service, asking you your private life, reason you're sending your money, whom are you sending money to, worst part of it they asked you to send them your Bank statement. why should I send my Bank statement to a third party.

App doesn't have my language pack, only useless languages, also full of senseless and violent, sexually suggestive ads. Avoid.
