I just installed this app and it was working ok until now. The font of my app is so huge, I can hardly make out what is on the page. I can't access my data like I used to. Please fix. Thanks.

was loving this app until this update before the update it was very clear and easy to read but now it changed to graphs and its not clear or easy to read and now regretting buying the scales linked to this app and I am no longer happy with this app. Time for a change.

Renpho is not a universal choice for people of all ages. When they updated their App, a new 'card' boldly forced at the top of the Home clearly indicates it's only applicable to certain ages!! It cannot be deleted or moved. I contacted support and they confirmed it is useless but cannot be avoided? I'm assuming it's a legal statement to avoid anyone assuming the system is accurate or reliable?
I have 2 scales, the Body fat and the body composition. The problem is with the new scale and how it calculates everything. For example, in the body fat scale my metabolic age is 70 and in the body composition it says I am 75. The BMR is totally different same for muscle mass. Not sure the new scale is accurate at ALL in their calculations and I would not recommend soending any money (180-300+ dollars) on getting one. :(

I don't like the new updated app. I prefer the old version it was way better. Now I can't use this anymore. The scale and app are no longer useful. The app is more complicated when it was easier before.

I didn't believe the measurements were accurate so I created 2 separate accounts and the readings were ridiculously out muscle mass was out by over 6kg alone feels like they just average the weight loss between fats and muscle rather than give actual accurate readings regret this purchase and will be looking elsewhere
Awful app, awful scale. Scale isn't accurate and rarely takes all the measurements it says it does. The scale won't connect to my phone bluetooth. I've done the uninstall, reinstall, power off/on, all the things and it still won't work properly. I tried talking with customer service and they basically told me to do the things I've already done. I left another message with customer service and am awaiting another call back.
The app is really basic, it's not intuitive and a lot of functionality which should be included is just not there.
The old app had better UX it was more focused on your current stats and was easier to navigate. The dashboard with all stats is now hidden. Instead of front and center and you are unable to remove widgets from the home screen you do not use such as calorie tracking.
what the hell is wrong with this app everything on home screen automatically goes to extra large fonts. there is no manual adjustments to that too super frustrating to use
At the app questions about physical measurements I was required to choose "the sex I was assigned at birth". My sex was not "assigned" at birth!! I was born and am a female. Had I known you were woke crooks I would never have bought your scale and don't recommend it to anyone with a brain. If you can't get biology right you can't be trusted with anything else.
GARBAGE!!! Morphoscan won't connect, so I have to use two apps - one for my ring and one for scales.
we are 2 ppl using the same machine. The software should allow to assign which user the readings are for. Secondly, the new updates have ruined the history page. it does not open up till you tap 3 times or more

the app is so slow to register a measuring that the screen times out and you have to restart the app.
Pretty ridiculous I have to install the app to get more info and change stuff in the scale. Also i have cero doubts they are selling our data.

I used this app for years it worked really well and the charts were great you could easily keep track of everything. the new update just made it impossible to work it just not good at all they made it to complicated.
The app needs Location Permission enabled with additional Permissions to share Location with third party apps. It is not disclosed who my data is getting sold/ shared to. so, I have that disabled and now app will not open until I enable those two permissions plus three Bluetooth permissions- which i didn't read the fine print but common sense says if you need three Bluetooth permissions enabled for one device that you want more than just a scale to phone transmission. Not Cool. it's garbage now
App works well. scales only does weight. body composition is a table lookup good rating by begging

The app is Ok, but it is HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING that they have not made it available for tablets. This stinks in more than one way. Besides making the body comp diagrams pitifully small on a phone and making the app seem "Less than commercial quality", it forces my body comp data to stand alone on my phone. All the rest of my health apps are on my tablet where "Health Connect" can aggregate/share the info with each of the others. Renpho has left themselves standing out in the cold on this.

The scale is great, app is not. It never stays connected to bluetooth. For the expense of this scale I expect to be able to use all the features and measurements. The inconsistent measurements or lack thereof from day to day is not helping. I would rate 5 stars if the app just worked as advertised.
not impressed. seems to have stopped connecting to Fitbit without any warning. can't get it to sync data.
