I just made a rent payment and it still shows I owe the full amount so I tried to make it again and it said I already made one attempt so that's pretty messed up it better not go through if I go write a check

The apps UI is very dated and lacks useful features like being able to refer back to past months statements in a downloadable form. it's limited, clunky, ugly, and frustrating. NOT A FAN.
doesn't let you just use a password and insists on sending you a "one time code" because it's "safer and faster". it definitely isn't faster, and I don't really care if someone steals my account and pays my rent. oh no. how horrible.

I don't like this app. I use this app to pay apartment rent and call for maintenance. I hardly used this app but when you use it again it breaks. keeps telling me my log in info is wrong (even though I have it written down) but my info is correct because I recently had to make a new password again from last month saying my log in info is wrong. Plus my email "is never on file" because I don't get the email for help and I end up having to go in person to the staff and the desk.
Poorly designed App, Which raises concern on how poorly the security measures are set up protecting personal information, and location. Deleted it.

I've had the same banking infor for years. The app told me today, "Your bank isn't supported". I got a payment through, but never got an email confirmation.
Since making the app harder to log into with otp takes it down to two stars. Why can't I just log in with my fingerprint anymore? Change it back please. I'm tired of having to try 4 or 5 codes to get in now...
A $3.95 service fee on an $11 payment is just ridiculous and greedy.
