can never log in
Terrible. I can't log into my resident account online to pay, it does not recognize my credentials and I tried several times. The app works fine, but my account online is not synced for some reason, and the there is no help desk at Entrata Inc to call. My landlord has no idea, he is so low tech and unable to help. Idk what to do.

I cannot log in on the app only on the website. It will say my password is wrong (its not) and when I use the code log in it says the code is wrong (its not)
has cost me more money than saved please make a better app it's cost me 300 in late fees
this app has a glitch or something.
Its charging me for rent I already paid. My place switched to this new system and it must be glitching because it is charging me rent for this month and the next. Had zero issues with the old system and now I am stuck with this.
Impossible to sign up and keeps freezing up.

Suddenly I no longer get emails. I have the setting in the app to get everything except rent reminders to be emailed to me. I get nothing. No more emails at all. I hate this app and would not use it if I didn't have to. If you have a choice. Choose something else. They clearly don't care ether because it's been years.
Pay with the wrong account? Good job, you're screwed. App gives no cancelation option if you accidentally click okay.
Setup is not easy nor thorough

logged in with the correct password and keeps saying it's wrong. try to sign in without password and I never receive the email. try to reset password and never receive email
this app does not work, it will not send a email to reset your password and will not accept your password.

Doesn't let you do multiple partial payments. Look, say you're splitting rent across two people. One person has to pay the entire rent in a single payment instead of both paying half the listed due.
for chealse village.. . they bill you based on what they feel u used. the site is basic. it's like a person made it in a hurry. and they charge u extra on alot of things
I have used this app for a few years but the last few months it says "No Data Found" on the ledger section which is mostly why I use it. Ive had to use the web version to be able to see everything within my account.
this app has so many bugs in it!!!! when it's not glitching, it won't even let me see my payment history or give me a receipt for my transactions
