I have a bill to pay and cant log in. Its saying the password is wrong, so I change the password. Still wrong. OK, no need for a password. Just send a code. But the code is wrong. The code sent to me by Resident Portal is wrong according to Resident Portal. Like think about this for a second. They sent me a code That their system generated And its saying the code is wrong The one they sent me How do you mess up this badly?

I am a Law abiding citizen of the United States of America I am a 55 + li ing T the Hendry in Garland Te as and seriously Need to speak with TAM residentialA ND the Owners ASAP I M Suffering the the Unit # ---- due to a chemical Smell that's preventing me from sleeping in the Unit. I've requested to MGT on Property through property Leasing Agents- Head Property Mgt. with No resolution to this serious situation. I have a doctor's appointment coming up and I ask my Doctor to test me ASAP.

I received an email from my landlords. The link there is inactive to create an account. Through the app it's useless. glitching maybe but I tried all day and doesn't work. waste of time.

can never get the app to open every time I put in my. Username N password it always says it's wrong I use the same N when you send me a code to bypass it when I try to get back to put the code in Can never find it
Didn't show my rent on the app for multiple days. I would have been charged late fees if I had not suspected something was wrong and went to my complex's website.

Terrible. I can't log into my resident account online to pay, it does not recognize my credentials and I tried several times. The app works fine, but my account online is not synced for some reason, and the there is no help desk at Entrata Inc to call. My landlord has no idea, he is so low tech and unable to help. Idk what to do.

never forget your password or sign in without password as they never send an email not in junk or anything and yes it's the right email I don't have to triple check. sick of apps being shoved down my throat. I'm old school and I can make phone calls not a Gen z or alpha and can actually talk with people.
I cannot log in on the app only on the website. It will say my password is wrong (its not) and when I use the code log in it says the code is wrong (its not)
has cost me more money than saved please make a better app it's cost me 300 in late fees

for chealse village.. . they bill you based on what they feel u used. the site is basic. it's like a person made it in a hurry. and they charge u extra on alot of things
I have used this app for a few years but the last few months it says "No Data Found" on the ledger section which is mostly why I use it. Ive had to use the web version to be able to see everything within my account.
this app has so many bugs in it!!!! when it's not glitching, it won't even let me see my payment history or give me a receipt for my transactions
terrible portal worst ever to sign into. lm sorry I'm forced to use
