Can't log in with either my phone number or email and password. Both forms of login work on mobile browser, so I know it's an app issue

I'm on vacation in Santa Monica and walked into a restaurant for breakfast this morning. I had no reservation and paid cash and they never knew my name. Later on, the app sent me an email asking me to evaluate the restaurant. The app also shows that I made a reservation or someone made a reservation there for me. The restaurant never knew my name and there is no way that could have happened. I don't know what shady things the app is doing but I'm going delete it ASAP.
Only few spots in Austin TX - despite Austin being a big city Resy only have few options nearby. I totally miss out and always have hard time finding good options to dine out in Austin downtown with Resy. just one option called Vanhorns isn't enough. also Vanhorns isn't that good.

I made reservations for 6 people one time and now when I want to make reservations for 2, the app won't allow me.
The app consistently shows no restaurants for my city, regardless of the filters. I cannot clear search or expand map area. Essentially, this makes the app useless for me. The website shows several restaurants in my area, but for some reason the app struggles.
App does not work. Keeps on refreshing and does not show anything.
It doesn't load properly when searching for restaurants. OpenTable returns results immediately but for some reason Resy just stalls.
Crashes the moment I open it
After taking all your information, it shows no places available. Steer clear as its obviously just for ripping off your information.
Whether I request notifications of reservations becoming available on the web or in app, the notifications never persist to my account. Attempting to contact support through the app launches my email client with an empty "to" address. Trying to add a payment method for reservations says my card was declined, but there is never any authorization against my card. All around frustrating experience from what I initially thought was going to be a good reservation system.
This app needs a LOT of work. Searching for a specific cuisine,date,and time is basically impossible. When search a criteria, then select a restaurant, afterwards it clears the date and time you selected.
how this junk is getting 4.9 stars is beyond me!? Extremely glitchy!
Ticketmaster for Restaurants Basically the most consumer-unfriendly site in existence. Awkward, uninformative and likely to give your personal information away because of poor oversight. Does this app offer any actual service, other than making dinner reservations stressful?
Literally won't let me log in; "something went wrong, please try again." Resy has some of the absolute worst engineering in the business. Completely unusable.

Extremely slow for some reason. When I try searching in a different location, it sometimes takes minutes to reload the map.
lately the app won't do much, just a spinning wheel. I've deleted and reinstalled, same result.
horrible app design. the fact that I can't even pick what cuisine I want,not to mention price range, etc. is absurd. the app is so frustrating that I have not used Resy credits and let them expire just because I get so annoyed while trying to use it.
app keeps on crashing
Not very intuitive. I had a difficult time trying to change inquiry from same day to future date. As well as other "flow" issues. They need some user testing....
App is at best ok. Often takes multiple attempts to make reservations, sometimes you have to go directly to the website as the app will show no availability. Disappointing as resy is a key part of the amex platinum experience. One would think it would be a much better interface and a more premium experience.
