I legitimately can not use the app due to a pop up forcing me to start a free trail for the ultra version which I cannot decline. Also every time I reopen the app in hopes of the pop up having vanished it keeps coming back. So I'm either forced to start the trial or just not use the app at all.

The cancellation confirmation email clearly shows the subscription was cancelled before the trial ended. Charging users even after cancelling a trial is unacceptable. I have already contacted support and requested a refund. If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate the issue through my bank and consumer complaint cha

why can't I go to the app without the free trial. It has to be fixed
This thing says we need to pay for the subscription and try free trial for 3 days no cancel button to press and they need to fix this. And this is not free. Even if you close the app and open again it comes again, and again and again. And I deleted the app instead.
Idiot trial system
I couldn't even use the app because there was a pop-up which told me to buy the premium subscription, but it doesn't even have an X mark to cancel. So if you try to press back, it will just close the app. And when you try again to open the app, again the pop-up comes. You can't even use the app. There is no X mark to close the pop-up. And you end up not even using the app because you can't use the app.
Requires payment plan. Requires you to sign up for a subscription plan before you can even test the app. FYI, you will need to cancel your subscription to get to the free version. Also, it is shady to ask for a rating well setting up the app for the first time, just before a paywall.
