Had a terrible time getting my refund. The staff stuffed up the scanning of app info and docket slip for bottles dropped off for processing. I had to return the next day and complain and got copies of my processed bottles. Because the scanning process failed I had to email head office to arrange a refund. The contact details staff gave me where incorrect that caused a delay in my refund. After I used the email on the app within a few days I finally got my money.

absolutely nothing shows up on the map when you look for a return point, yet a google search shows there are plenty of places.

when I first had the app it worked great, I got a new phone installed the app and now I open the app and nothing shows up, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same thing keeps happening

Our local machines are continually out of order. When they do work, they do not always transfer the money.

Try to add PayPal won't work and add bank account won't work?

The only way I seem to be able to use this app is to change my password every time I use it. This is very frustrating. I was happy to hear that I could recycle my bottles without going to the depot but it looks like I will have to take the bottles to the tip as it is half of the distance to the depot.
