app fails to allow me to log in claiming incorrect login details despite the fact I have changed the password multiple times and uninstalled reinstalled the app, this hasn't changed for about 3 months

Most of the time the internal webpages to see the live member counter, tickets, streaks etc time out on me and don't load.
features do not work
upgraded to level two, made the payment and I still couldn't use the massage chairs. I signed off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still didn't work

The app never warns when it's going to take money away and then goes on to charge an extra $20 late fee.

Terrible app. locked me out of the gym several times and there are no staff to let me in. The app doesn't work on my Galaxy.

current version doesnt allow club scanner access for Android. error message indicates they forgot the plugin. More annoying the club manager at Modbury didnt bother to acknowledge the problem or send the feedback through to Revo HQ.
The latest (September 25th) update has broken the app for android users. The barcode scanner does not work on android, so do not update your app if you can avoid it.

Last update absolutely cooked the barcode scanner which prevented gym access. Frustrating.
Infuriatingly slow to use the scanner. Tried everywhere for membership upgrade options and doesn't seem to exist.
App was great until the 3.7 update. it constantly freezes, runs slower and takes up so much more screen space with the tutorial videos when trying to enter rep weights and ranges
Can't sign into the app
Your app does not let me sign in and I have tried to pay my membership for a while but it doesn't default to the payment methods I provided. App UI is garbage and whenever I try to sign in, it keeps saying, Something is wrong, try again later.
Slow. I spend more time outside the gym trying to get in.

navigating is quirky, ie everytime you want to look at classes you can only select one and can't go back to the list, it juster goes back to home page and you have to start again. no timer functions for exercises except breaks which need to be programmed each time. even if you have saved the routine as a template. exercise list is limited with very little pilates or yoga moves like the basics, child pose, bird dogs etc. need to use techno gym for my workouts as this is not very user friendly

it's alright but there is one message that shows up which says Location services not enabled even though they are which prevents me from checking in.

Mirrabooka Rivo. it's always cooking in here. if you are working out, you need air flow, but not here they have traidmills and no air flow around it. not happy 😒
