Only want to identify weeds, but one photo and you want me to pay? Nope. Deleted.
I have requested this to be cancelled and to have a refund as I do not find this easy to use. I was advised to contact Google play who have said I need to contact you RHS so please tell me how to get such a refund.

Very irritating to discover there is a paywall AFTER setting up an account. If it had been clear that this app is not usable without, I wouldn't have downloaded it. Please be more transparent in your adverts.

takes forever to find anything and doesn't save plants to my garden really frustrating
Doesn't work, I take a photo to search and then the screen just goes black.
Required WAY too much information
Lists the things your password has to have, shows ticks to say yours meets all the conditions, but then refuses to accept it because it can't check its own password conditions properly. If you can't get the sign-up screen right what hope is there for the rest of the app?

great app but deleted as soon as I had to pay to get any further.
Didn't realise you have to pay monthly to use,silly me its not very clear and before you get to that part you fill in details like email address etc.

Couldn't get plant recognition to work after waiting 10 minutes for it to come up with something, then once it did load I was trying to check the options and instead it decided to send me back and I had to use another limited plant recognition AGAIN, for it to not show anything, then I tried to use the search tool to look up what it found the first time and it refused to give me the same answer no matter what, and trying the photo identification again failed, leaving me out of uses of it.
the plant identifier which is why I have this app does not work most of the time.
Have to pay before you can even try the app
Seems most things you have to pay for. Plant ID ok but Google Lens does the same job. Uninstalled.
Lots of plants on the RHS app don't have pictures and when I upload pictures for identification it wont load them. This app definitively needs improvement. I previously used the Picture This app but changed to the RHS app. I shouldn't have changed because Picture This is much better.
