No lo usaría nunca, se promociona bastante, de dónde creen que sale el dinero? en lugar de gastar ese dinero en "patrocinios" para la decepción Mechicana deberían usarla en dar mejor tarifa de intercambio para el público que ya lo tiene, y luego promocionado por "tronco Jimenez" jajjajajaja

Tengo problemas con la app, para cambiar el método de pago que no me sale en la app. Hice el reclamo y me indicaron que van a solucionar el problema pero sin preguntarme más nada, es que acaso es un problema masivo? cómo van a saber que si soy yo o todos los usuarios. Escribo al WhatsApp y nadie responde. Pésimo, da para pensar mucho.
The problem continues even after updating and after months of trying, it still won't let me off of the stay up to date page. An app is worthless if it can't be used. I'll use Remitly as it is problem free.

I'm keep stucking in registering username, I'm using my own phone number for registration but keep showing invalid number and I'm unable to get otp for registration

It took a week for the money to arrive to my recipiant's bank account, other providers (remitely, western union) did it in 10mins. I am deleting this app and never using it again.

Don't send large amounts to avoid loss because their rate changes just on the final step. Only use them if others will be offering low rate and you are sending small amount in none-emergency scenario.
The first transfer, I needed it urgently, they canceled it without giving a reason and the money was blocked for 7 days, there are better applications than this.
i give 1 star only this star also more than your service i can not load money on wallet from others wallet on malaysia .
add disturb when I opened any app.i think it a spam .you resolved this or i have to stop using your app.
definitely the worst money transfer app, tried to transfer 3 times ($300) 3 times got flagged!!! and I have contacted them but to no avail
I sent a transaction, the agent sent it to the wrong pickup spot. so I called and usually I have never had any issues if a mistake made either by me or an agent. today I was transferred to 5 different agents to fix the issue. they again transfered me to another agent. I went through it all again, and he would not be quite for me to tell him and I ask 1 more time about the supervisor and he said that he just cancelled, I hope all of them get fired.

im not able to login and then when it sends when it sends a code by txt I never get a code and when I put it to resend it says try again..please fix it
Everything was going good then someone inside ria compromise, my bank account had a completely start over.I would not use this very hard to get a hold of for help they were no help at all.I had a stop at my bank

I am disappointed with the Ria service as it does not support registration using a Pakistan mobile number or location. This limitation was not clearly stated before signup and restricts full use of the service. I hope Pakistan support is added soon to improve accessibility. Overall, this has been an unsatisfactory experience.

This app doesn't let me log in to save my life.I used to send money through PayPal, which uses Xoom, which in turn uses Ria, if I am not mistaken. But now, I wanted to use the app directly; downloaded it, got registered and when it comes to logging in, it consistently says, "unable to log in, try again" I called support, was told to re-register a new which I did but to no avail. I called them back and was promised a call back, but no one got back to me.
Wrong IFSC code when sending money to India. Ria money dont have updated IFSC codes, so my transaction got cancelled.
this is one app that wants to drain all your personal information from how you know the person you are sending money to whats the money for would rather use MoneyGram
RIA is proving to be inconsistent. I made a transaction on Friday morning and the money should be in my account the same day. It was urgently needed over the weekend; however, it did not reflect in the account! I can confirm that this has happened twice, or maybe more, but I just did not pay attention as it was not a matter of urgency until now. The money supposed to serve its purpose on time was not met because of Ria's inconsistency. Last time, it was only received Monday afternoon:)
