This app is absolutely awful, especially on mtb trails. When I first used it, it allowed you to use Google Maps to navigate to start points, not anymore. The maps are very hard to follow, voice instructions are too early or too late, rerouting sucks, there is no tutorial on how to use or what the different noises mean. This app is a rip off.
Not at all intuitive to use from my phone. I'm going to hope I can work out how to end the free trial period and delete.

connecting and syncing with Garmin Connect just doesn't work well
Everything useful is locked behind a pay wall. You can't navigate or plan routes without paying for it first.
Just trying to lock you into spam or a subscription what is basically any other free map app. Wants a subscription to download routes. Cannot easily export routes into map files. Starts spamming you as soon as you download it.
Required a subscriotion for the most things and very expensive. Could not disable data collection without an account. Not EU data compliant in any way. Very buggy. Changed units to metric yet nothing was in metric. Explore routes just didnt work? or default colours terrible. Not sure why anyone would bother installing.

the app is terrible on club side you cant edit events , use desktop website , dont bother installing on phonre
While I believe app is good you cannot save, navigate or do anything other than see route on free plan. There is free trial but pushing this hard for upgrade is just not acceptable.
please fix the upload of pictures
app is battery hog and sometime tries to upload all my pictures again :(
I couldn't load the ACTC Tierra Bella ride today!!!!
I'm supposed to be using this with a tour. everything from the tour is in their language. when I highlight and select translate it takes me to a Google page and asks me translate. so I need data. which I won't have when I'm biking in a different country that speaks a different language. there is wifi where we are overnight but when we are out and about I'm navigating in so foreign language? that's absurd. there needs to be various languages available in the app. now I am so nervous about this.

I'll have to go look at last year's rides more closely but the distance for known routes was pretty consistent. The ones this season are adding multiple miles to known distances. I tried to start the route I mapped out for a bike ride but all I got was a window telling me to pay. It's absolutely not worth 7.99 unless you want more from it. The app itself seems decent and user friendly but there should be a free version that lets you do the basics.
ride with GPS is great... if you don't mind getting lost... turning right instead of left...
App kept turning off mid ride and stops recording
It's good for planning routes, not navigation. just trusting the app, It took us on state highways with no shoulder, hills with grades too steep for cars, and roads that have clearly been closed for a decade. even if I planned the entire route, and was on my route, if I tried to get it to take me to my next waypoint it would try to route me OFF my bike trail and up very steep hills and onto main roads to save me 0.1 miles over 40+miles. For a cyclist you would want the easiest safest miles.
It doesn't show optimal roads (for ex roads with very narrow space on pedestrian pavement and where bikes can't go through the alleys - so it's slower and annoying than going through local streets), you can't rotate maps using fingers and you're getting blasted with paywall. I feel like it's nerfed google maps
