all of the sudden all the scooters disappeared from frankfurt, there was no communication nor anything with regard to this. their stupid bot cannot help I demand a refund of my monthly pass!!! give us an email or phone whete to submit an official request ASAP!!!

Ich nutze die App eigentlich gerne, wurde aber plötzlich mit der Meldung "multiple accounts detected on the same device" komplett ausgesperrt. Ich nutze jedoch nur einen einzigen, ganz normalen Account auf meinem Smartphone. Da ich mich überhaupt nicht mehr einloggen kann, habe ich mich bereits an den Support gewendet, warte bisher aber vergeblich auf eine Rückmeldung oder Freischaltung. Es ist sehr frustrierend, wenn das System fehlerhaft blockiert und man als Kunde dann im Regen stehen gelas

App displays 403 forbidden on clicking "send confirmation code", tried google login, it still requires phone confirmation code which ends up in the 403 forbidden issue mentioned above, fb login fails with an error related to app keys
I scanned 3 vehicles already it says please scan again or use another vehicle. Useless service and wasting customers time.

I have bought the one month pass to use during my stay in Padova, but now the App is not available in the region anymore and they don't offer any refunds. Don't use this app, they only care about stealing your money and don't have any customer support!

it's a bit of a scam spent 10 minutes trying to park in a designated area. finally parked then got a fine 5euro fine. not my first ride but now it's my last.

Scam. Misleading promos. Bot-Cust.Service Total Scam! Misleading promotions. Ref. Rental in Volos Greece: Daily Passes advertised for 24Hr unlimited rides are a scam. they are mandatory but then you are charged extra per ride. they require to take and upload a photo ( hidden charges of minimum 10 euros) each time you end a ride. sometimes they charge extra for the place you chose to end the ride and park. they take unauthorised charges from the debit card and charge more than expected per ride!
tried 30 scooters not a single one was ok, all either booted for maintenance or low battery 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

You need an Italian sim to use. Not for tourists. it's a shame and an embarrassment. Rome has so many better options. Florence transport for tourists is extremely bad. Very sad and disappointing. Will tell all friends travelling to avoid this scam of an app
Customer service is completely non-existent. If you run into a problem, you are basically on your own. You just end up bouncing off a wall of automated bots that reply with useless, canned messages without ever solving a thing. You only need to read the other reviews to see that this service is plagued with constant glitches and systemic issues. Avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY! This app is a complete money grab. They run a shady auto-renew scam that silently charges your card every 3 days without notification or alert, something no reputable app does. When you complain, they just hide behind their policy, but it’s deliberately deceptive. To make matters worse, the actual service is awful. The bikes are dirty, severely lacking maintenance, and frequently just stop working when you ride into certain areas. Save your money and avoid Ridemovi at all costs!
Has a lot of problems, very hard to log in, I cannot see the bikes on the app. It keeps on logging me out.

Horrendous! Avoid at all costs. Beware of recurring payments, intentionally difficult to cancel and impossible to obtain support.

The bicycles are either quite poorly maintained or completely neglected. It caused an accident while I was riding.
Bikes of this service are dead, they even scumming with not accepting parking photo to charge additional 10 eur.
Spent an hour trying to sign up...absolutely terrible app, completely broken, only sign in option that works for android is apple account sign in 🤯 everything gives 403 error and it is unusable.. don't waste your time 😅
dont install, they are scammy, make you get the ride pass and you won't even know it's a subscription

Amazing awful experience, first ride I park it, says it's not in the parking spot, it takes 10 times to finally lock the bike. In the meantime i lose money and end up paying for 6 minutes more. Awful
