Horrendous! Avoid at all costs. Beware of recurring payments, intentionally difficult to cancel and impossible to obtain support.

Amazing awful experience, first ride I park it, says it's not in the parking spot, it takes 10 times to finally lock the bike. In the meantime i lose money and end up paying for 6 minutes more. Awful

The app is completely useless for disputing penalty charges. My bike’s battery died mid-ride, and I had to push it to an authorized parking area with photo proof. Yet I was still wrongly charged. The dispute process is one-sided, and the chatbot blocks any real support. This is unacceptable. Waive this penalty immediately.
The app is okay, sometimes the server response is a bit slow. My problem: huge battery drain after the app update. From 29% to 5% in 15 minutes, maybe it depends on the new permission for access location always?

You people are a disgrace, registering with your service is the worst mistake I ever made in my life, I just needed a to my car that was 1km away, I ended wasting almost an hour, and money, when walking there was 10 minutes tops. How can you designate an area of more than 5km a red zone to park, their were other of ur bikes parked there!!! I even went to a place designated for parking electric bikes, but your app said it was red zone, I spent more time walking back to my car from where I parked.
would not let me add a card
fix this app already so much bug. and garbage bikes. you are paying for e bike but non ofthem working. you just carry 30 kg bike. regular bikes are hard to find so you forced to get their garbage e bikes.

absolute con. We used the scooter and then it doesn't direct you to a place for safe secure drop off even though I asked 4no times and then threatens a £500 fine. Please avoid as this company isn't like the other scooter hire companies. customer service was AI bots as well and added to the confusion
absolute garbage. permanent server issues, sometimes fails to scan and occasionally literally takes minutes to lock/unlock. VOI on the contrary works flawlessly, despite both using the same physical machines.
It somehow keeps getting worse. - Half of the bikes are broken so, more often than not, I have to pay for multiple bikes each trip (while also paying your subscription) - Reporting an issue with the bike is unacceptably hard, and limited to once per day. - the app is the worst experience I've had: it takes ages to lock and unlock, bugs are everywhere, customer assistance is Bots. That said, I still have to use your service and I wish, from the bottom of my heart, that you'd fix the problems.
This app is a scam service that automatically starts an Auto Renew bi-weekly charge to your account without your knowledge. There is a tiny bit that states this in the fine print but they know that you won't see it because it has been buried well with useless information. There is a section to turn it off that is also well hidden on the app so that you don't intentionally stumble across it when trying to add more value for your trips. Don't use them, let them go bust, use a different provider

Can understand why there are little scooters in comparison to other companies on the island of Tenerife. the help section doesn't detail anywhere near enough or clearly the charges in my face such as parking in a no-parking zone which I thought was unlimited given what I read before I set off. you also have to preload before you ride. I highly recommend using one of the other scooter companies.

worst ride sharing app in the world. amount of bugs it has tests your sanity. it sometimes takes upwards of 10 minutes to lock the bike because the camera does not work and the app refuses to open repeatedly.
al momento della prima corsa si è attivato l'abbonamento premium con rinnovo automatico per errore, anche se non ricordo di averlo esplicitamente scelto. Infatti, avrei usufruito unicamente di quella corsa, non vivendo in Italia. Ho provato a contattare un operatore ma l'unico canale di comunicazione è il chatbot. Quando si prova a richiedere di comunicare con un'operatore il chatbot rigetta ogni indicazione

Complete disaster. I missed my bus and saw this scooter, so I downloaded the app. My route led me through a bit of orange zone, and I couldn't find anywhere in the app what it meant. I guessed it was a no parking zone, but I only wanted to drive through it. Halfway through, the scooter stopped operating. It was a no operating zone! It gave me no warning or any explanation. I had to walk the rest of the way. I begrudgingly paid the 5 bucks. Completely predatory design, no warnings, no explanation

awful application, works really poorly, I get charged money because THEIR app refuses to work. I tried taking a picture of my ride and the camera just stayed black, I restarted the app, my phone, no update was available but still wouldn't work. fix your app and appeal my penalty
