DON'T BUY!! I have purchased FIVE doorbells, SEVEN cameras, a chime pro, a base station, TWO z-wave extenders, THREE contact sensors & TWO motion detectors. Several "NEW" items ordered directly from Ring showed up with damage indicating they had already been used. NONE of them work as they should! I called to return my recent purchases & the agent tried playing a game of let's make a deal, offering only partial replacements! SHODDY PRODUCTS & SHADY SERVICE!

Error happens very frequently. The live video is completely black out. When trying to live-view the camera, the app froze, then the list of the devices completely wiped out. In order to get the list back, one needs to close the app and reopen. The motion notifications are delayed by at least 30s

three month old ring doorbell battery lasts two to three weeks, before needing recharged. no sensors or alerts, but it doesn't help extend battery life
This security camera sucks. it records cats but won't pick up when actual people are walking up to my door. It always says offline
the subscriber for this camera system is ridiculously priced
After this update our doorbell doesn't show events and the motion detection is not working. My son left the house and nothing on the recording. I thought it was just ours but have seen others have this issue after the update.
Unable to get live view from battery powered door bell most of the time, was told it was my WiFi signal but the other Ring WiFi camera works fine. They replaced the door camera with the wrong color and didn't resolve the problem. Wouldn't buy or recommend this camera, it's obviously going to sleep saving battery and Unable to wake up when required.
really bad internet connection to camera even tho I have one of the best internet connection there is (fast fibre).
Camera system keeps dropping off, starting to be annoying and unsafe wifi is more than capable of reaching all of them.No other interference can be noted

the worse device and even worse support, trying to setting up for months and error after error couldn't finish, now I know why many people are changing for other brands camera system
lacks to record every motion. we have two door ring bells and my husband, coming from work by midnight, got into our driveway with his car, out the car and INSIDE the house with no alarm or notification. hugely disappointed with ring. I believed my kids and I are safe. unfortunately that's not the issue anymore

total garbage. they only want your personal info, after that the service and hardware is the most inconsistent and problematic on the market.

Worked fine for the first week, now I don't get any notification when the doorbell is rang which makes this useless

Once again, another subscription. I was gifted this camera, and while it works great, I’m not interested in paying for yet another monthly subscription just to use all the features. Disappointing, because the camera itself is nice.
Is not living up to my expectations.
it used to be good before, but the last months I have missed the doorbell a few times because their network had issues. which means, you don't even get notified at all. Would recommend if you would still get notified on your chime even if the network was down
cuts out too much
used to be 5 stars. major gaps in recording and timeline like 45 minutes or more where it just skips important time frames. doesn't send most motion alerts now. doesn't record. got bad. customer service is ridiculous now too.
