App will randomly disconnect from Bluetooth. whether this is from my car or a Bluetooth headset. very frustrating

Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Way too much. There is Ring Central and there is Spectrum Business. Both are FULL of info and stuff to navigate way to big to fix basic issues. Two apps with a log in for each device is just STUPID. The last agent I spoke with told me several customers have had the same complaint. Set up has been ridiculously complicated and too many phone calls to tech support. Also, when you open contacts, it shows you your company phones. you have to click over on "personal" to see business contacts. LAME!
very clunky and unintuitive.
Absolute WORST customer support. my account got disabled for no reason and got an email for service abuse. when i tried to contact the support team and even wrote email no one knew what to do and nothing was resolved. Absolute waste of money

Our phone service (including our emergency line) has been off for over 24 hours while they are making us FAX (yes I said "FAX"... a tech company telling us to fax them in 2026!!!!!!) a credit card authorization and we have to wait a week to get a document via snail mail from our bank before RingC...

I have discovered that Ringcentral switched my main phone number to an unauthorized phone number. I have been threatened because people have called and said rat i have been calling them constantly from that number. I have addressed this issue with ringcentral and filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and this issue is still not resolved. I can't grow the business because I can't text customers because I have to register each number. they show 3 numbers and we only have 2 numbers. I ca

the worst customer service on the planet . set up the wrong account then put me on hold until they closed at 6pm EST. canceling my account today. the worsttttttttttttttttt.
no one can hear me on ringcentral. audio is fine on regular phone calls

RingCentral is the worst VoIP service provider on the planet, too bad I'm stuck with them through my internet service provider, otherwise I would never have anything to do with RingCentral of any kind I wouldn't even call one of their phone numbers!
Trapped in a legacy 2-year contract that someone else signed over 10 years ago!!! Can't remove any licenses and paying thousands on a plan that is more expensive than any current plan offered. Even though they don't make those types of contracts anymore, the account team is forcing us it to stay in it so that they can make more money - even though they know it will cost them our future business! They could care less. If that doesn't say the quiet part out loud...
Please avoid this company if you can. They lock you into a term-plan, which auto-renews without your knowledge for the entirety of the original term. It is the usual call centre experience, whereby their reps indicate there is nothing you can do. Please view their Trust Pilot reviews. Terrible company with exploitative practices. Update to Ring Central: You claim that you clearly explained the terms of our contract. This is simply unfounded. Good try.
I can't complete activation of my account. It crazy. Second day I'm trying to fill out credit card information with different cards but it shows me some error. I called to Support but got into voicemail loop. They only answered me RingCentral is a lead of cloud..... but no one answered. They couldn't even configure their own voicemail. Website doesn't work properly. Sales trying to sell me super expensive plan when I asked easiest solution. My friend works with them and pay more that expected
The RingCentral app suddenly requires intrusive permissions. Just to join a video meeting, it now requires permission to identify all nearby devices and access to the phone permission. Neither of those permissions were required until recently. Until they remove these intrusive required permissions, I need to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I might even have to uninstall RingCentral, as the app now refuses to do anything unless you give it these intrusive permissions.
this app does not allow you to send photos be on a certain size. the size restriction is ridiculous with modern camera phones especially when you consider that every other texting app can handle that same size RingCentral says it's too large.

I have missed calls because the app does not notify of incoming calls even though all notifications settings are on in the mobile and desktop apps yet neither lets me know someone is calling. How can this be fixed?
inconsistent, layout is poor, UI is poorly designed and worse executed.
This application only correctly uses my Bluetooth headset 50% of the time. Often it will show that Bluetooth audio is selected and active, but it will in fact use my phone's built in earpiece and microphone. No other application on my phone does this. What a joke.
