Products are good, but something needs to be done with the app. There are confusing switches between the web version and the app, and separate shopping carts in each. It is also not possible to select a delivery point on the map. The app is constantly lagging and freezing. There is no clear order tracking status - even when the parcel has just been created, the app shows the status as “courier on the way.”
Scalp Scrub is always sold out and they use limited items to draw traffic. I would have NEVER ordered the other products at the same time had I known the scrub was probably limited to a couple of hundred items. Not sure why they're doing that but it's pretty unethical

The worst app I've ever used. It's always been glitchy and a bit tempremental but usually gets there in the end. Tried to place an order today using a giftcard. It's deducted the balance off the giftcard straight away and now has been buffering on the payment of the leftover balance for 10 minutes. I can't cancel it without contact customer services for the voucher to be refunded.
Trying to register for an account but it won't let me put in my date of birth it changes back to today's date. is there any other way to put it
It is very hard and frustrating to place an order using this app. finding an address is incredibly difficult. You can't even select a pickup point on the map.

Even worse i cant access my employee discount because of this bad optimization and this is the only way for me to access this. Customer Support dont want to help me either, they just say the app works fine, which it obviously doesnt. Im super dissapointed
It's a nightmare to find products and the check out keeps failing.

aplikacja działa Niesamowicie wolno, wylogowuje w trakcie zakupów, pokazuje błędy podczas płatności, nie zapamietuje wprowadzonych wczesniej danych (nr telefonu, imię), nie ma możliwości sortowania po cenie, filtr ceny pozwala wyfiltrowac jedynie po jednej, konkretnej cenie np. produkty tylko za 36zł. Nie udalo sie sfinalizować transakcji
This app is unbearably slow and it's really annoying to place orders online. The browser version doesn't sync with the app when I use the same account. The app doesn't take into account physical purchases and membership discounts. This probably isn't due to the app itself, but rather to internal rules, which is sad because it makes the app even more useless.
Tried to install the app and am greeted with a blank, black screen. tried reinstalling, closing completely, and opening multiple ways. Nothing works. Terrible first experience with the app, can't recommend.
The slowest, with incredible many bugs app I have used. It takes ages to see a product, and it doesn't recognize the member account made via web browser. It doesn't apply the first order discount. I had to download it three times to apply the discount, but when I wanted to pay,it gave me the "an error happened, please try again!". Not to mention that the whole charade consumed 20% of my telephone battery.

This app is a mess. Extremely slow and unresponsive. I used this app once for 10% off and it's not worth it when the experience is as horrible as this. Nothing runs smooth. Save yourself the headache and just use the website
Unfortunately, the app is not functioning at all. Reinstalling it multiple times has made no difference, as it continues to load to a black screen with a non-functional “feedback” option. As it stands, the app is unusable.

Edit in 2026: I don't know what was done here, but the app has become very difficult to use. Several failures, shopping basket keep getting empty, cannot finalize purchases. Easy to use, nice design, very good features (yoga, meditation and podcasts). Meditations don't work well in 4G.
since the update the app has been very bad. keeps freezing and I can't place an order. never had this problem before. is there going to be a fix?!
A company with no accountability points, I bought the Big set and they didn't give me a gift, while another customer made the same purchase and they gave him a gift. I asked him why he didn't give it to me and the answer was that we didn't have enough.
This app is a joke, barely works. Horrible UX. The same with website. Many bugs, not only visual. It looks like some middleschooler made it all

Jak kocham Rituals, tak naprawdę ogromny minus za aplikację. Flagowy telefon (S24U), a aplikacja po 15 minutach przeglądania cała się zacina (utrudniając zakupy) i rozgrzewa go do czerwoności. I o ile to jestem w stanie przeżyć, tak system wyboru punktu odbioru to gwóźdź do trumny. Nie wiem, dlaczego wybiera mi punkty na drugim końcu miasta (adres domowy dobrze wpisany). No i polskie znaki z moim nazwiskiem miałem znaki zapytania w ich miejscu. Trochę słabo jak na taką premium firmę...
Sluggish and Slow useless app, have to clear app data and cache to just browse, but issues keeps coming back.
Slow and several tech issues
the app is very glitchy, I uninstalled it and reinstalled, but the same glitches were there. Payment page froze although the order went through. I tried leaving feedback in the app but that page glitched and froze too. My phone is more than capable of running apps and shouldn't struggle with a shopping app.
