this app has absolutely terrible navigation and notification management absolutely terrible they shouldn't be releasing the stuff until it's perfect we didn't sign up to be beta testers.
scamming company!!! they withdrew a payment that was given to a driver on a rejected order and then deleted the order from order history to erase any trace of not paying

Was REMOVED from a gig that was AN HOUR DRIVE away. I am 17mins away and because didn't open my app while driving (WHICH IS ILLEGALL) was removed from the gig. Been driving for over a year for this app and it's disgusting how drivers are treated. Mind you there was never a single notification of being removed from the gig.
This app is the dial up of delivery apps. super slow, and tons of glitches the entire time your active on it. The pay to mileage ratio is terrible.
the app won't allow updates
NONESENSE...App associated with UPS, yet such a failure and waste of time. I didn't even begin, yet the app continues to glitch. App not set up to distinguish commercial and personal insurance when signing up - even though it distinguishes kinds of vehicles, and the customer service representatives are not helpful to resolve concerns; they treat resolution steps like AI response that cannot give answers other than system-generated responses by email only. The app needs to just cease to exist.

I don't believe it should be required to access our location at all times, it's very intrusive and inconvenient to be constantly shoved offers on my phone when I'm not using the app and having to turn off location services manually every time I want it to stop tracking me. It's a battery killer and a waste of resources. Tracking my location "Only while using the app" should absolutely be an option especially when I'm doing my job correctly.
Since they switch from the live support to stupid AI phone support and demonstrate how much they ignore and waisted drivers time only 1 Star rating they deserve from me. Drivers support service is terrible
nobody likes to drive all these miles without getting paid instanly . Apparently you have to to do first 5 orders in order to be allowed to have instant payments. Don't get paid for waiting for your order. wasted a half hour at CVS because order wasn't ready and system is always lagging at CVS
fix the map fix the map fix the gosh damn map! I don't need you to be Google Maps I need to know in incongruence where my pickups and drop-offs are! please change it to North to South again!! and remove the Crash & Construction warnings as they take up the entire screen with the ability to clear them! all of the change will make it near impossible to know which orders make sense to add and which ones will lose me money. also the grading system is asinine as held orders
they don't value their drivers at all. SEVERAL MONTHS before being UNLOCKED. Their system is terrible. Way too slow and buggy. you can be the only one in the city with a big enough car and you won't get new gigs unless you get every tiny delivery done on your route. dumb system. if it's meant to be efficient we shouldn't have ANY restrictions to picking up new orders in any city. this app from UPS deserves every bad review it has. if you're a customer it is BETTER Not perfect.
$.50/mi as "pay" for contractors should be illegal. On top of that they're having fake accounts give 5 star reviews. I found a review where the poster is copy and pasting his 5 star review word for word over and over. This might be some kind of money laundering scheme. ps im going to use every account I have and tell my family to give a 1 star to even out some of the fake 5 stars.
The worst company to ever exist, straight trash
I use the app more then others but the commitment rate thing they got going now made me give 1 star. now I won't be able to re route like I want to make things more efficient or make sense. I have a 5 star rate but now 94% commitment rate. .
144 miles for 55$ and u have to pay for tolls and bridge , what a joke

A waste of time. I got notify that i was off the list, hadn't used it now it says i'm on again. These companies cut cs by having people deal with an app only which isn't good at all.
Map often will not show current region as it used to. It defaults to the ocean.
forcing an update to a version that works worse because you decided we needed to for no actual stated reason is stupid. not like it's going to fix the bot issues. still not fixing the bots.
Swipe to arrive works after 5-10 swipes. Rates dropping after acceptance of offer. Gas prices are up but pay gig rates dropped! Add on gigs need to stay longer to accept with correct info. Where did the dark mode go??
horrible. very bad costumer service for drivers and app crashes a lot You have to hold a package Hostage just to get in contact with customer service. Like, you will not never be connected to a live agent. Do not come on this app thinking you will get a reply the same day. You'll be lucky to get one that week
why in the world would you guys remove the night view from maps? my screen is blinding me in night drives shipping.

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. this app has increasingly gotting worse, especially when picking up multiple deliveries from a location like home depot.The app now will remove you from the gigs and bring down your score for no reason. I encourage everyone to stop using the service to hold rodie accountable for their actions. When using this app, there is 0 Tech Support and the people at the call center. Can literally do nothing to help you unless it is to cancel a gig or return
it doesnt pay enough youll see 20$ for 11 drop offs and 37 miles thats the norm on here unless you have a trailer you're paying them to work with how gas is rn also support is trash and hard af to get ahold of the bs of maybe getting the one good gig is stupid af 36$ for 86 miles i just saw thats nuts its at about. 1$ for 2.5 miles on almost every single order you need to make a minimum per mileage.That's actually exactly why multiple delivery driving companies got sued a few years ago.
company needs to improve away for drives to drive due to not having a hard copy of new license that you have to wait to receive hard copy in mail when some of us use this income to pay bills and eat this is really a inconvenience and stress working for this company never seen such.
app is misleading about the income drivers make they inflated the salary and cook the numbers. drivers actually make less than minimum wage which contradicts there false advertising.
Roadie app or whoever is in charge play Dumb & Dumber with drivers. I submitted an offer for $63 they send me a notification saying that somebody else took the job. 5 minutes later same job showed up for $30.55 HALF OFF!!A 🤣. even if I'm 1 mi away from the pickup location they always choose somebody else to do the job.
garbage pay not worth it.
Been driving for the company for several years. People are using bots and stealing gigs and don't get caught. I'm constantly not selected recently even If I was first to bid or closer to the location. Support blames everything on an algorithm. They claim they personally don't assign gigs. Now my account is locked for something out of my control. I went to correct dropoff location and gave the package to the lady at the door. It is not my fault she took the package that doesn't belong to her.

Twice they claimed I didn't deliver an order to the correct address and despite documentation that the delivery did in fact go to the correct location they refuse to pay for the delivery. Will never work for them again and strongly recommend nobody else do either. Poor driver support.
The app constantly freezes. It's constantly getting confused at what i'm doing. You'll get ready to check-in and say you have arrived for an order or a pick up.And it just starts freaking out and doesn't know what it needs to do. And it's not just my phone , my wife's does it too.
Waitlist time is terrible! I applied in mid December 2025 and I have been on the waitlist until mid April 2026 and I have not even had an offer to start working. I contacted support thinking something may have gone wrong and they basically told me to just wait because opportunities may get taken quickly, though I haven't even had an opening offered. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time trying to get into the system.
9/2025 Did a delivery several days ago, the app would not let me close it out even though I completed every step. I contacted support several times but gave up after four hours went by the first day with zero support. So here it is, with a completed gig still open four days later, zero support, and no payment. UPDATE: AS OF 4/19/2026 I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED COMPENSATION FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED DELIVERY. Hesitant to accept any other deliveries.
app becoming unusable. keeps crashing
I cant get back into my account since my phone broke...
decent app to make money, if that's what you call it. More miles than dollars. but the app is glitchy and driver support is all but non-existent. They take hours to respond in chat, only for them to disconnect if you don't respond within 1-2 minutes. I've had them take 48 hours to respond in the past for an issue. ive been on hold with the cell phone for six hours before. I am currently driving around with undeliverable items because I don't know the address since I can't complete the pickups
By far, the worst delivery app on the market. Clearly, this app is not designed for android. Too many bugs and glitches make delivering for Roadie XD undesirable. Every drop off requires a force close to reset the app. This app is not efficient and will waste your precious time. Also, it saves all the pictures to your phone, which will eat up your memory and make your phone even slower. How can this company hold drivers to such high standards with a continuously malfunctioning app?

In App maps have slow location so you miss your stops, once in a while youll get those packages that dont even have the correct adress so youll have to backtrack to a city that you left a while back, you have to force stop your app. Theres more things this app desperately needs work on.
Offers aren't guaranteed and some of the offers are just absolutely ridiculously insulting. It shouldn't be allowed to screw over your independent contractors like that. Example: $7.59 from Home Depot to deliver 4 miles 5 items totalling 210 pounds. Home Depot and Tractor Supply seem to be the worst offenders of trying to rip off drivers on this app.
App needs to be fixed. when selecting a GIG it takes too long for the offer to Accept you.
I cannot change the map into DARK MODE since the last update.... the menu changes but not the map.... is really bad when I drive at night... Also, my location does move on the map.... and I am having major issues when using my VPN (privacy)... This is all recent.... but NO MAP IN DARK MODE is a major issue Can someone please look into DARK MODE please. It's probably something simple

you can't work when you want to. you can accept a route but they have to agree to give it to you. I've hit routes and it will lie and say it was given to someone but then it will be right back on the app to try to accept again.
no support, many errors, a way for big box stores to low ball shipping their merchandise through the working poor
to get in contact with customer support during a gig is horrible. Roadie needs to either hire more reps or something cuz there is times us drivers we are helpless.
If a business has more than one route available, the app shows almost zero contrast/differentiation between the routes (normal teal vs 10% transparent teal). It used to be way easier to tell the routes apart. Now it's just a big mess of teal. Please make it easier for drivers to see the routes!
