ive had multiple issues with my roborock. ive tried multiple different times to get help. i just get emails that dont work. ive tried to get someone to help me. never happened.
absolutely love that the unit repeats a loud, audible error code every 2 minutes. especially when it starts at 3:30 am, 6 hours before a clean schedule, and 18 hours after previous cycle.

please devs make a way to rotate zones for zone-cleaning mode, as unidirectional-rectangles-only is obnoxious [especially when the robot decided to map an entire apartment on a diagonal (why)?] also, having to pause cleaning/docking to edit map is annoying/nonsensical I'll raise to 5 stars if issues are addressed! but @ this price point I'm UNIMPRESSED with the unit/app compared w/cheaper-brand vacs I use in other locations. i thought this was supposed to be the upper echelon of robot vacs!?
can't connect to Google home. I can't use my speaker to have it trigger the vacuum. so dumb

doesn't work on multi floors. keeps losing names and cleaning sequence. fix your app please. update 26/4. The app just wiped all the mapped floors. Great work app Devs...
Honestly, this app is terrible. It's completely impossible to share access with someone using an email address, and the SMS verification process didn't work at all. It's just a useless application that can't even perform basic functions.

the device is constantly disconnecting from wifi rendering it useless until manually reconnected, no resolution offered, occurs frequently.
why this app going to get root access on my phone?
Everything was working great for months then the app changed the map. Now the map is nothing close to my floorplan. I deleted the map and attempted to create a new map. While the app shows the device mapping it is sitting idle on the dock. What is going on! Proceeded to update the app and firmware but the device fails to leave the dock as before. Very disappointing!!
This app fails over and over at every level. The map management does not work, the device itself loses its mapping just about every 2 days. The app cannot make a complete map and or an accurate map in most instances. In the event A map is generated, within the first or second use it will begin losing doorways and hallway openings and will no longer be able to clean select rooms and or zones and or the whole map for that matter. I have contacted support several times over the last 9 months.....
Must be a way to delete rooms and spaces from map.

was amazed with product but then noticed the silver top was scratching up going under stuff instead of realizing it just shouldn't go if it had to push that hard and now after one week of use it says lidar blocked and won't work...so sending back and having to try another company when I was so happy it's this one 😭
I live in Indonesia, Server is lag, i cant even access my robot at noon, at morning still accessible.
no instruction manual, hard to use, no clear directions on app or in box. And it says uses AI to avoid items on floor but sucked up power cords on first run. Avoid.
v03.01.73 firmware update disabled the map synchronization to the app. now there's no map
why on earth does the app log me out and I need to re-pair it to my device. why does on earth the app need precise location?
I hope someone from Roborock actually reads this. I have spent a tremendous amount of money on two Roborock vac/mop units, one for upstairs and the other for downstairs. I consistently have gotten Lidar errors beginning at 5-6 months after purchase. I have called customer service and have been told, spin the turret. well, thats fine if you're home to babysit the units but worthless otherwise. I took a chance switching from Roomba to Roborock and now regret the purchase. Never again!!!
you fixed the bugs but now i am not able to load the maps tried all options and it didnt work. extremely disappointed. i will return the device

my vacuum will no longer connect to my network. when I try to call robo rock for support, it looks like it's gonna connect and then I get disconnected. i checked with my carrier which is AT&T who advised me that I was being blocked by roborock. they gave me a one time password to override the block.And I was able to get through. while speaking to their support person, we got disconnected, and I can no longer call back. i sent them a message via their support and their response is unresponsive.
Awful app, I can't connect to my device despite I'm seeing it connected to my wifi. I tried everything to connect and still getting 1005.1 error
device binding keeps failing
All of a sudden this app is no longer showing empty bin options anywhere. I have even factory reset my robot, contacted customer service, bought new parts and I still can't have the robot self empty at all. It no longer as dry options for the mop either. It's so frustrating. I have to manually do everything which is pointless since I paid extra for everything smh.
App is terrible at mapping house I have had the house remapped at least 4 times now, and each time within 3 days the map becomes unrecognizable filled with imaginary rooms and completely shifted so the vacuum will ignore any boundaries set
Well it doesn't suck per se. It stops about every 3 or 4 minutes even though the brushes are cleaned and it is fully charged . This is the second hour of use since it came out of the box brand new. It is now in the garbage can

Or the fact that it lacks some features that other apps from the same manufacturer have (like Dreame), even though it looks the same, acts the same, and is the same piece of software. For example, where is the ability to skip a room or add a room during the cleanup process.

I also want a feature to delete rooms from the map. If a door is left open, new rooms get added and I cannot remove them.
der letzte Update hat die APP leidet extrem verschlechtert, unglaublich träge wurde sie. ansonsten lässt sich der Sauger steuern wie es sein müsste.
The app was great, but then the map refused to load on my pixel 8. My wife has an iPhone, and she can view the map. The map gets stuck in loading perpetually. I tried factory resetting, deleting and doing a new mapping run, turning off and on, reinstalling the app, clearing cache. Nothing works. This is virtually useless to me right now until an app update fixes this bug.

worse and worse. if you move furniture you have to remap the whole floor level, not just a room. vacuum gets caught on chargers, socks, etc. app isn't very user friendly. Ive had it vacuum a room then not show on the app map.

Roborock Q vac mop - new- can get it to connect to 2.4 , but won't get to online. Have been trying for 3 days with some online chat gpt help - following steps. Have a NightHawk Router. Verrryyyy frustrating
its very disappointing that app not have option to setup a bi-weekly or monthly schedule. I don't want to clean, less frequently used rooms, every week
it seems like it was designed to cause suffering.
