I signed up for a free trial and got charged immediately $79.99. I have tried to find out how I get my money back but seems there is no way. Be aware that if you sign up for a free trial you will be charged straight away and it seems you can't get your money back. In other words it seems that you are conned into a free trial but it is not a free trial you pay the full amount and then have to try and get your money back.

I haven't used it alot but it's been pretty close but only identifys one element even if there are more in one stone. I don't play with rocks everyday so why do I need to pay usage?

this is a scam. i digned up for a free trial but apparently charged me without notification. I canceled my credit card, canceled my apparent membership and uninsalled the app. Yesterday I had to cancel my debit card because I had an another charge, this time on my debit card. Tha app is unreliable and I fear theyweill find more creative ways to g we t my money

Says it's free. But, it isn't.
no customer service even if you're a paying customer. doesn't give correct identification, 80% of the time the 20% it gets correct feel like lucky guesses on its part. It needs work. The app is robust and could be amazing but currently it's just giving random ids
