Useless without paid membership
The Rocket Lawyer platform is not worth the money. The services provided can be procured at no expense and with less hassle and headache. The front line staff are lovely, however the company culture is not designed to support small business or individuals. I rarely use my time for poor reviews, however, I can't warn you against this company strongly enough.
Attorney attempted to reroute me to his private business for hundreds and then ignored the (supposedly included) reworded follow up question. Seems like a scam.
documents sent using app unavailable doesn't work very well. not user friendly would not recommend
It is nothing more than an advertisement service for them to connect to with attorneys. It can provide basic information about legal concepts other than that, but it's pretty useless

need a lawyers help but couldn't find any that would help wast of my time.
Be careful downloading this! They say they cant help you cancel the membership...they make you download their app, log in and the app ISNT USER FRIENDLY! it doesnt even allow you to cancel, let alone go into your account settings...they make it so you have to call Google and cancel your subscription. I was to pay a small amount but when you dont notice, they increase the price on you monthly. sad that a big company has to trick their customers...glad chat gpt is putting them out of business.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEY HAD A SECURITY BREACH AND ALL MY LEGAL DOCUMENTS WERE STOLEN, NEXT MY IDENTITY WAS STOLEN, AND I AM STILL IN AND OUT OF COURT FROM IT TODAY!!! TRUST LEGALZOOM, HIRE A LAWYER, OR GOOGLE LEGAL DOC TEMPLATES AND EDIT THEM I HOPE EVERYBODY READS THIS BEFORE THEIR LIFES ARE RUINED LIKE MINE, OH AND ROCKET LAWYER DENIED THE WHOLE THING AND WOULDN'T EVEN HELP ME.
These people are scumbags. I canceled my year subscription 3 months in and they still charged me the final payment. I never even used their service.
Run around and trickery. I never purposely purchased an ANNUAL membership. I cancelled my membership last month, only to find out today I had to pay the full amount for a year. They charged my bank account and I'm super frustrated bc I never intended to, nor would I have knowingly, purchased a full year membership. NOW they are telling me that's what I "supposedly" did. I tried very hard to read the information carefully bf signing up. I'm not a stupid person!! I feel tricked and robbed.
