it's not free they charge you monthly. and any bills that they lower they expect 20 or 30% of however much they lowered the bill basically rocket money has their hand in your pocket. the only wallet that's going upward is rocket money. I guess unless you're rich 😂 it's a con to trick you into believing that it's helping you when really it's charging you and taking your money.
NOT a free app. I was led to believe it was by all their ads and nothing anywhere in the description in the app store says that it cost money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! they can't upload any information from your bank no matter how many times you connect it via plaid. They can't recognize you as your own credit holder because you won't verify fraudulent credit claims and claim them as your own. So you don't get access to your credit because you're trying to report fraud....so you must be a fraud!! I deleted my account. I have informed my bank to block everything. And I contacted the FBI. they're stealing your information!
This app is garbage. I could not link my checking account. I went to the sign in for my bank and signed in and got promptly signed out before I could check the box to link my account.
07/01/26 - I'm a paid subscriber and I can no longer sync my account when I want it to update. The last time it synced was 7 hours ago and it said my account data is up to date and I know it's not. This needs to be fixed.

instead of negotiating for my bill they pretended to be me and tried to cancel my bill. I got a call from the account saying this person was trying to be me and cancel my account. do not trust.

by far the worst budget app ive ever used
RM needs to yell at Plaid - HSBC doesn't connect, making this app useless to me. I don't want to be the one to goose chase Plaid, but RM with dev status can do it. EDIT: oof and hard paywalls you early. This app isn't even freemium.
the app kept bringing me to link my accounts and wouldn't let me see anything even after I did it. I couldn't access anything so. I unlinked and I am deleting my account.
UPDATE: I did reach out to support and they hard refreshed but it only worked that one time and now accounts are not synced for more than a couple of days. The latest update broke the sync, most accounts won't sync anymore, accounts say it synced an hour ago when trying to sync manually at the same time last sync shows 3 days ago. And this is for a premium subscription, switching to alternatives
Well I had the app a while ago, over a year, I just tried to reinstall it and forgot my password. It sent me a link to reset the password, but when I tried to log in it said it had to send me a text... To a number I haven't had in probably 2 years. There was no link or option to say, "I don't have access to this number." So I can't login. going to uninstall the app again for a second time..

so useless it is basically a scam. trued to use it twice to cancel subscriptions, 1st time they said they did but didn't, second time they said they tried and couldn't, i was able to do it in 2 minutes

Right so tell me why you guys suddenly charged my card for a subscription over this account I have had for a while. Funny bc I literally rarely use it other than unknown or forgotten subscriptions. I dont EVER recall consenting to a plan and choosing a card or bank to charge this to. If this was in some recent change maybe state it directly? Maybe send an email stating an upcoming charge like any other company?? Since when did you guys have subscription service?
Sync buttons don't work, why have them if they don't sync healthy connections when you want it to? dumb.

Continued to say banking account linked success and then would take me back to the plaid login screen. I could never get past the linking part to even navigate the app at all.

no customer support the savings function has quickly pulled from my bank but at 10 days now to get it back. the software cool the savings feels like a scam
having to change my review. for nearly three months now, the service has been failing to read in my discover card transactions correctly causing me to lose track of hundreds of dollars. their support is almost non-existent, forcing you to wait hours to not talk to an useless AI assistant

The subscription tracking is not accurate. If you are like me, you downloaded this because of the millions of ads that say it will help you locate and cancel your subscriptions. it showed me 5 subscriptions. I am aware of at least 4 that it didn't show me. So not useful in finding all my subscriptions at all. I did not attempt to use the app to cancel anything.
