guess I'll have to get rid of the app I've tried all month to sign into it. idk why I was signed out anyway. I have the awesome cater fingerprint thing on it and it worked all the time. now I can't even get into the app. I have another authenticator code thing on here and every time I put it in it just constantly just loads. there's no signing in.... I loved using it an really need it but ig I'll go find a different one an unsubscribe bc I've tried everything to fix this problem for months

it found 3 subscriptions of which it was able to cancel one. meanwhile, on my own and with a number of negative surprises along the way I have found 9 more that never even showed up. I t only shows you the ones in your Play store. dont waste your time or money.
Bad Customer Service! At the start the first couple days were going good with the app. but then I was curious on getting one of my bills negotiated down. they did it the next day which was good, but then they want you to pay for their percentage for the whole first year. I would be fine to do this, but I plan on only having my internet for the next 4 months since I am selling. They tell me its final and I have to pay then anyways. A live person has not gotten back to me. Only AI bots. Not Happy

highly would not recommend. I got the free version to see if I would like the app and canceled that subscription. I was then charged $13 for a premium subscription that I never asked for because I canceled it. so why are they charging me? I don't recommend to anyone. this app is terrible.

till now wasn't so bad just for the poor customer support im gonna delete my account I liked the app but I message get a bot response try to reply get asked how I liked the conversation I was just in I want to chat with an actual support agent not a bot and then get a bot response its not that much to ask for and im sure im not the only one

I've gotten ads for this for years and years so I assumed it was real. it does not let me link my bank account, as soon as I try, the app just refreshes and puts me back to square one. wasted hours on this useless app. its probably just stealing your information guys I would not trust these guys. and you know what, if it's just because my phone sucks and can't handle the 18000 hoops you have to jump through to in order to link an account, then do better on your app. stop making me open 30 pages
Never worked. I tried connecting it to my Security Service account and it never connected. So it was just a useless app I instantly deleted.
I got a new phone with a new number and I downloaded this app again. I logged in and it wanted to send me a verification code to my old number. No options, no way to change to email instead or to enter my new number. NO OPTIONS. except uninstall
Didn't work. I inputted my PayPal account 3 times, but it wouldn't let me get to the main menu...
It lets you put all your information in then stops you asking to do the free trial or pay monthly. didn't realize there was a fee.
Won't work
app will not open on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't open. can't even cancel my subscription because the app won't open just tried going through the website and it keeps taking me to a page saying "use the app". would be nice if I COULD. Please stop forcing people to download an app when a web browser is more than sufficient.
Difficult cancelling despite my half hour subscription
if you care about your data privacy you will not get this app. you will learn to manage your money on your own. if you don't turn off all the permissions this application not only will assess all of the photos on your phone but it will assess all of your personal browsing history, your location, all of the other data on your phone, it will have your phone number so it can sell you ads on all socials. this is not an app that you want to deal with. if you care about any of your PII.
This app is good but underhanded for two reasons. It automatically signs you up for premium and starts charging you and it doesn't show that you're paying for it in the app under your recurring payments.
took the $8 monthly subscription when i hadn't been subscribed in months. i subscribed months back for one month then unsubscribed and uninstalled and i reinstalled it a few weeks ago but havent even opened the app yet but got charged. im not set up for any subscription with them so what the hell? not cool especially as a money saving app.
did not connect to my bank don't have the option to reconnect I had to change my bank password because I does not synch up with my well Fargo app( have to log into the site)and when it lead me to the bank page it's said it could not connect absolute waste of time trying to get get this dog water app to work I'm feed up with it.
if you promote saving money and cancelling subscriptions, you shouldn't shove one in my face the second I join

app glitches at the simple account creation page.
trying to set up it already took $12 out of my account which put me in overdraft as it never asked me if it was able to accept charges just had me link my bank account then automatically took $ out which I never even saw any information about charges this is a scam!
Just got a $4 charge and I never even used the service!!! This is a fraud!
I have requested this account to be closed. I no longer have the phone number attached to this account. My next option is small claim court. STOP
spent 30 minutes trying to get it to recognize my rent as a recouring expense but the app was incapable of understanding.
has kept charging me years after I canceled. never give your bank info they never stop charging you. I have tried for a year now even the bank can't stop it. it's ridiculous
I have a brand new S26 Ultra and this app is ridiculously slow. it takes about 20-30 seconds to back out of a transaction after you look at it. Your presses don't register either.
I get more annoyed with this app everyday. I set up reoccurring transactions but all that does is duplicate the transaction when it happens and leaves the actual transaction as uncategorized. I signed up for the free trial and it never worked. I loaded every account I have and the system won't let me do any of the quizzes because I need to load more accounts. Other than a snapshot of expenses I find this app doesn't live up to the way it's advertised.
Update from 5* last couple months, the app auto sign me out and ask to sign in every time. Today, it was asking me to sign in and never be able to log in after input password, OTP code couple times. It's frustrating. unsubscribed
there is no way for me to change my contact telephone number
After it collects all your info, it gives you the heads up that you'll be charged a monthly fee for this app
It's pretty basic. You do have to link all your accounts (which some of them they don't support, like Synchrony). That can make it difficult to get accurate finances. You are better off managing your budget book yourself or through a free app.
