For a few months the line graph for my Escrow balance has been incorrect. The actual numbers are correct but the "Actual balance" line is stuck at $0.

If Rocket has your mortgage, RUN! They will call you non-stop about refinancing and other ways to get more of your money. We got daily calls despite multiple times asking them to not call us anymore to refinance. When we submitted the final mortgage payoff, they gave us the wrong routing numbers and said it was our fault. Miraculously they found the money once our bank got involved. Shady tactics, shady company. Refinance or pay it off as fast as you can.

Horrible company!!! App is garbage ever since the Feb/March update. I entered a single payment and they took double the amount... no email confirmation either! Then the rep told me it would take 3 to 5 days to process the refund, and I would have to be the one to call back to request it. Sooo not customer centric! They wiped out our account in 1 day and are making me wait to get it back. How is this even legal?! I am utterly disgusted at how this company treats their customers.
Absolute garbage. Had Mr. Cooper for years, and while it wasn't fancy, at least it worked every time I needed to use it. Now its been switched over to this Rocket Mortgage platform, and this is the second time in a few months that its broken when I randomly logged in. I dont log in often, so I can only imagine how often this is happening now, but its completely unacceptable for a mortgage company. We dont need new features and redesigns, just a reliable way to pay, check equity, etc.
this company suck they just care about your money terrible costumer service I don't even know why they transfered my account to this company I wish I can go back to my old mortgage company I wish I can rate zero stars
Just had my company switched recently and every time I try to pay I get an error saying technical difficulties and I just tried to update my phone number, email, and address and it said the same thing. Can you all get this fixed or what? I have had mr. Cooper for 8 years and had zero issues. ive only had rocket for 3 months or so and have had nothing but issues.

FYI all payments not totaling full payment will be deducted from account but not applied until the due date. Bank shenanigans where they don't want you to cut down interest you may pay. Better off just making one monthly payment.
