I have had the app almost 3 days now and I am trying to cancel my subscription for it. i guess im gonna have to lock my card or order a new card. Which is messed up because I just received my new card due to this same issue with another app. I couldn't find where to go to cancel my free 3 day subscription. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Im gonna go lock my card now. Also, how do I contact customer support so I can cancel this? Its up to you if you receive 1 star or 5 🌟

was excited to download the app since I've always collected rocks randomly so just the I.D. feature itself was a cool idea to me. BUT, soon as you get into the app they bring up a Premium Payment ad. was able to just X outta it but the basic version of this app is completely pointless and to see anything outside a cover photo u need to pay for premium, and they are talking $10 a week!!! idk who would really pay that just to identify rocks and maybe get a sale but yeah, straight PayWall App.....
should not charge to look at a effing rock. Really and so difficult to find the delete the subscription app. grrr.
I checked 4 rocks and it was not able to tell me what anyone of them was. even labadorite which should have been an easy one.
i would appreciate a refund for the two months you charged me after i canceled the app

This app repeatedly tried to withdraw $8.51 for a subscription I didn't want. I'd like a refund, once again tough to find that avenue.

To use you have you have to use your free subscription which if you don't cancel within 24 hours of 3 days, it will start to charge you. here's the catcher. there's no actual place to cancel and when you try to talk to them the website's not open. if I get charged I'm going to sue. I'm pissed

it doesn't tell you what you rock is, it shows you a bunch of similar looking and then asks you to choose one that looks similar. isn't the whole point to find out what you have???? not play a guessing game!!!!

Not even close. Just showed 5 different rocks it MIGHT be.
not accurate enough on free app
Stupid. It gives you multiple choices to choose from after you scan your rock. this app doesn't tell you what it is. So what is the point to pay for it. I get unlimited scans free from my other app and it tells you.

Horrible experience! couldn't identify one single stone, rock in raw form, or in polished state!
charges u for everything and only get to preview a few rocks before charging for more. jnot 1 out of many could make definite identy. also didn't get back with request more info

this doesn't work any better then A Facebook group. it's give you I'm multiple choice of what it could be. then when you actually find something that actually matches what you have and you go to sell it every time. oh sorry something went wrong. please try again. don't pay for it. it's not worth it. you're wasting your money. it's trash.

Your app gave me the same for choices on 5 different rocks, and it wants me to choose the closest when it's supposed to be identifying it for me, this app is a waste of time for anyone who really is trying to identify what they have I will not be recommending this app to nobody ever

incredibly vague and inaccurate app, relying heavily on user information that is incorrect and misinformation.......there is many of these annoying ai generated app charging subscription fee's for apps that are useless ......... yet they make you subscribe to even access the 3 day free trial ......im cancelling after 3minutes and 3 wrong identifications of crystals

Doesn't work for me on my Samsung galaxy a32. I tried to identify a real diamond and a fake diamond, and the same thing pulled up for both. I would not recommend this app.
well I got the free subscription and I took a picture of a smoky quartz and didn't even pop up as a smoky quartz I wouldn't pay for this app
