App doesn't stay active. I have to uninstall and then reinstall to get it to open. The reason I opted for this system was so I could monitor people at my door. I was counting on this as an additional means of security but if the App won't open, I can't check the camera before answering the door.

sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. when I try to log it with the correct credentials (which work on the myrogers app) it appears to try to log in, but just takes me back to the login page.
Authentication is broken - absolute atrocity - you'd think a multi billion dollar company would be able to afford better devs
Can't sign in. The app. opens Chrome which asks me to sign in. I do. apparently successfully because I got an email about a new sign-in. Chrome then returns me to the app., which asks me to sign in. I tried three times now, the app. won't sign in even though Chrome does. I have no idea how to try Firefox instead, because the app. chooses Chrome, not me.
run into same problem as everyone one else. app and sign in kept looping back to sign in page. we tried this and it seemed to work. go to register.shaw.ca you need to know your rogers/Shaw account number it should be 11 digits long. and you need to have a new email then the one that kept looping you back. make a new password and it should have you log in.

One star is not low enough for the disdain I have for this app! Warning this app may cause mental illness or addictions relaps. Talk to your mental health professional before proceeding with Rodgers! Do not attempt to sign up with Rodger's if you are experiencing, a good mood,a happy marriage or limited time! edit. Please take the word communication out of your title! Trying to get a hold of a real person is impossible, to sign on to the xfinity app is impossible. 1 star is not low enough
infinite login loop, time wasting simulator. if you like mind games and puzzles this is the app for you, will leave you puzzled and confused 100% of the time. 👌
I've been trying to log into this new app and I am just stuck in the login screen. I tried clearing the cache and cookies and it just didn't work.
same as others, the app doesn't log in. edit: they know the problem when they sell the service anyway! it's a case for a class action lawsuit!

App won't let me log in. Tech support couldn't figure out why. Login information is correct. But I can't get past that user name page no matter what I do. I've tried signing in on a different browser. I've deleted cookies and uninstalled. checked for updates. I've tried every suggestion tech support had to offer. and after much frustration, I've decided that this app sucks.
Doesn't allow me to log in properly. I can start the process, but after I enter the verification code (both from text or email), the app goes back to the front page. I had this happen 2-3 weeks ago and it's still broken. Why is port forwarding locked behind an app that doesn't work!?? Uninstalled, logged out of My Rogers, cleared the browser cache, and reinstalled as suggested again. Still getting the login loop. I'm actually getting an email from Rogers confirming that it detected a sign in.
I am experiencing the same thing as everyone else is writing but I have been through hell with this I needs technical support come out plz or I'll kill myself

I can't login, I've tried everything to log in and keep getting sent back to the sign In page. I have tried troubleshooting and nothing works. I shouldn't have to take all these steps . I see its a recurring issue, but instead of addressing the issue, I see rogers would rather give their customers the runaround. I'll be going with a different internet provider.
Garbage vibe-coded app can't even handle something as simple as a login in. Internet service is awful as well. Edit: Several months later the issues still persist. Unbelievable.

If I could give less than one star, I would. GARBAGE APP. Oh, I'm offline. Thanks, I didn't know that already. 😒 I should still be able to connect to it remotely! And the features are very basic, anyway. And now... my phone is too old to use this garbage app. 🤦🏻♂️ got a new phone, and the app is still trash. it measures download speed, but not upload? what are you hiding? also, how in the world is this app using 245MB of my storage?! it's literally a web app?!

First of all, when you log in, it asks for your username, which pops up from my memorised login info. I hit enter, then it goes to the next screen which asks for a password, so I have to click it again for the password. Why can't these be combined on the same page and save a couple of keystrokes?? My bigger beef is that my XB7 modem easily has the capacity for a guest Wi-Fi login yet the ability to set this Guest WiFi network up is absent from the App or a browser as an Admin. Why?
THE APP CANNOT SIGN IN SO I CANNOT SET UP MY WIFI. 0/5 STARS. Edit: The Dev replied, but that's no help. It doesn't work across any of mine or my wifes devices. Everytime we attempt to login, it just goes back to the home screen. Terrible.
crashes way too much
app doesnt work. every time i loggin the app it takes me to a web browser to enter a conformation code. but then fails to loggin to the app once conformation is completed. rogers and shaw is a joke and i am going to be switching to telus as i will be saving $68 a month. so i suggest everyone do the same

Just download the this version and it won't test my internet speed, cleared cache restarted my phone, nothing works. works fine before. norton says safe but it indicates there is an error. Basically won't do the speed test on gateway not available try in a minute, doesn't work. thank you that worked.

Update!!! After speaking with three tech support reps, they couldn’t help, so I figured it out myself. The main reason some customers can’t log in is that they have two accounts under the same credentials. The primary account is usually the old one, not linked to your new address if you’ve moved. Just log in, switch the primary account to the other one, and you should be able to access Rogers Xfinity app. Worked for me!
Edit: had to use a different email account between Rogers and Rogers(Shaw) accounts in order to access Shaw account. Got Xfinity modem working. Now hunting for contract deals that I signed up for. Current bill still charging me 3x that. Originally couldn't sign in to Shaw account at all.
So far it's a big fat 0. The app has me in a sign-in loop and I can't get in. Great first impression from my new provider.

when you try to sign in with email and password, it closes and your phone homescreen appears then the apps sign in screen reappears automatically, and the process continuesly loops. I Uninstaller, cleared cache and same results.

For a communications company why do all your apps suck so bad? can't login its so frustrating because I switched from telus to rogers. At least with telus their app worked.
App doesn't work. the overview screen is blank except for the "Get 24/7 help box", so I can't control anything or see anything when it warns me of suspicious activity or whatever. My gf has the same issue on iPhone as well. Have tried reinstalling + rebooting router.
