**edit: I followed the directions on this generic reply below and the app does not work. I called rogers and they said theyre merging all their apps into one and its causing bugs. This is a known issue, so its crazy that theyre trying to tell people to clear their cache. Incredibly frustrating that you wont take ownership. will not let me log in. it just keeps blinking back to the same login screen. I cant get the intetnet set up, and may honestly just send it back and go with someone else.

You are not mad or incompetent at setting up your modem and account: rogers xfinity app is doesn't work. The initial instruction and help loops don't acknowledge potential problems, nor useless chatbot and help pages. Google AI at least explained what many problems Rogers should have included in its troubleshooting. after 2 hours

removed the ability to alter router settings in the gateway and forced to download this garbage app that gets you stuck on a sign on loop, nice
For everyone else stuck in this infinite login loop: Don't just vent here-Google won't see it. Report the app properly: Tap the 3 dots (⋮) ->'flag as inappropriate' ->'follow these instructions' in blue at the bottom -> 'report via Policy Violation (Functionality). If enough of us hit their compliance record, they can't gaslight customers, blaming devices or cache and will be more inclined to fix their issues since they dont allow access to the 10.0.0.1 anymore essentially for most routers now.

What's the point of staying signed in if it times out by the next time I use the app to check my bill or whatnot in a month or two? Also, I wish we didn't have to use the app.. let us do everything on 10.0.0.1 like civilized people.
like many other reviews it does infinite login loop no matter how many times I tried logging in it'll bring me back to the login page. im very surprised that there is many recent reviews that have the same issue yet after many many many days this still has not been fixed. I tried on various devices phone and tablet to try and login still issues . im starting to wonder if Rogers is even bothering to support or care to fix this issue or just leave this issue on going .
Trash. Every experience with this app is completely frustrating. Not just the service, but the actual functionality of the app. Multiple login that you have manually type in.
my main tv box doesn't start every time I go to watch TV for like an hour and tonight won't even start .
I tried all troubleshooting options but i still cant sign into the app it just takes me to the sign in screen after entering in my credentials. tried logging out of all other rogers services and clearing cache, rebooting device, using three other devices. same thing. the app is useless.

I've tried every device, tried clearing cache, cookies, and data. Tried changing password 😭 I can't get into the app. I just keep getting sent back to sign in screen. I need to change some wifi schedules and pauses and now I can't do anything. 🤬
terrible support when app doesn't work. App would show all the options. has to use app to activate your cable and internet. spent 9 hours over 3 days to fix. people who helped were friendly and sympathetic.

What a pile of junk. Can't login just boots you right back to the login screen. Fix your stuff. It was never this bad just being Shaw and before you tell me different steps to try and login ive already done that.
modem and gateways keep crashing
Application keeps bringing me back to the login screen. Support is not able to address the issue, & I still can't manage my home internet - wow!
both of my security cameras are stuck on night mode when I have night mode off and I had a tech here to check and they replace the cameras and it was working fine but now they are both stuck on night mode again

infinite sign in loop where it send me to the website to login, and then sends me back to the app asking me to login. what is the point of having an app that cannot log in? edit: thank you for the response, if I cannot sign in, how can I open the app and sign out? when I open the app, the only option is sign in... and loop...
junk doesn't work
your hardware is garbage. it glitches and shuts of completely then takes forever to reboot and restart. It has done this ever since it was installed. if I could give it 0 stars I would. I have talked to tech and they have " boosted" signals etc but and it gets better for a bit then in a couple of weeks it goes back to garbage.
