The food was so bad that I vomitted so bad the next day in the morning, I felt they had used rotten ingridients, it taste so bad and so soury I'd ordered 3 items a pizza, a veg parcel and french fries and nothing tastes good, very much disappointed, I had ordered at 9:10pm and recieved the order at 9:57pm,for straight 20 mins it kept showing ready to dispatch and hence it took 47 mins to get my order meanwhile in the app they claim 25 mins delivery duration,food got cold till I received myorder.
Worst service do not order food from them . They will not pick up your call waited till 90 m
Pizza paneer was smelling
This app don't have a option for refund and no customer support. Users are advise not to download and order from this app better to download alternate app like domino's or pizza hut.

I was initially trying to give this zero rating but I was uncomfortable when I entered the Rominus outlet the staff was very kind they welcome that but the food when I order ed I ordered a garlic bread and makhani paneer Pizza the garlic bread was not fresh and the sauce that was given with the pizza was so was that it was tasting bitter the worst experience and they used the worst cheese quality it was testing sour. In the Vikas Nagar outlet

please 🙏 do not download the app or do not make any order on it. If u ignore my review trust me u have to come back here and write the 1 star review for them. May be the restaurant guy will call u and say "sir we are out of stock for this particular item, so we are cancelling your order ,u will get ur ammount back after 1 week or so. why.... till then what anybody will do, wait ....??? Too disappointed plz use swiggy or Zomato. but not this app. Neither their food not their app.

worst experience.wait time was too long . taking more then 1 and half hour to prepare food. we can't even get a cancellation option. The restaurant can't even attend the call. The pizza was cold and low quality.

if you are not giving ha good pizza at least you can lower the pizza cost yesterday I ordered a pizza and the eatable portion was 1/3 of the total pizza...!! what the heck..?

🙏🙏🙏🙏Total Fraud, Please Never order from there side. They are making fools of the people. I ordered Pizza from their app, and they are claiming it will be delivered in 25 Minutes. In the status of the order it was ready to be dispatched within 15 minutes. But even after waiting for more than 50 minutes, I didn't get my order. When i call their customer care, they start making excuses that there are some terms and conditions, there may be XYZ reasons for delay. So never order with them 🙏🙏🙏

worst experience for delivery order. i have order 1.30 hour ago and still no one came to delivery i need to go to pizza outlet from my side and still to wait their for order no good response... their claim is also false about delivery within 25 min and no contact number for reaching to outlet
