since the update from the VIP program this app has been pathetic. It shows none of my purchases, rarely opens when I try to use it at the store. The response I received, at the store, was "we don't need it, we can just use your phone number". That's fine except I want to view my purchase history, especially when I am returning items. Very frustrating.

Hard to support this Canadian company when they can't provide stock levels (Home Depot can...) and no app for consumers - when I try to install it wants to create a "RONAPRO" account at the same time as noting that there's a problem processing logins. Really, guys... do better.

Once again, Rona sucks. I tried to sign up for the app, but it just says "no Provence or city found for that postal code. "... and if I go through the self check out it makes me use both my phone number and email to use my VIP account. It seriously blow me away with how poorly everything about your business is.

Apparently not for average DIY/self-repair person
I forgot the password. They sent me a codes by email, but I never received them. I say them because I tried numerous times. There is no error on my part. It is the good email.
Can't even register.
Cannot register or sign in through the app on android. I get an error message "could not process the request. Please close the VIP app and try again" when attempting to log in. When i try to register there seems to be options missing to navigate through the page. My girlfriend tried on her phone and could not proceed to the next page after registering on her IOS. There was no next button or anything. This app sucks.
Downloaded the app but could not register . Something wrong with the app?
Useless app. Installed twice, couldn't search anything. Can see on sale producta only. Check those product details, goes to browser.

Click on flyers, click search... Locks up... Have to close app.. Very buggy and I find slow
App logged me out and I cannot reset the password. The reset password page has a bunch of JS errors. The password is matching the criteria but the button 'change password' stays disabled. Hire some developers who can copy and paste. This is no rocket science.

I can't see past reciepts...only purchases net of tax. I can't print them off from the app. I cant log into the website to see if reciepts are there because the website and app don't seem integrated...
This app is only for contractors not local residents.......there needs to be an app so that residents can go a search for items and see the flyer.

Promotional discount emails don't work. I have to log in every time I want to use my card in the store. Takes too long at the cash register to use this app. Online orders are frequently wrong. Rona is such a frustrating place to shop. This is app is good for the 5% discount and that's it.
Needs account. Home depot app is way better
