When ever I start the game it always says chack your internet connection even though my internet connection was OK, fixed this problem.
Unable to play on Chromebook. I installed the game and when I try to run it for the first time I get an error message that the game in not compatible. The developers should code the game so that it is not available to download on Chromebooks.
The app said it was offline but when I played it, it said "you're offline please check your internet connection"? grrr
watched videos to get coins and they disappeared. made me mad deleted.

Was great until it stopped working. Unable to start seasonal games and Cabin in the Woods has been, "Coming soon" for over 3 months. Email sent and no response. Wasted money on coins only not to be able to use them. Stay away from this one
they purposely create a impossible a part in the game, give you a code to use but no matter how you use that code it doesnt work.. forces you to purchase coins and use the hint to get past and move on.. im done

Thanks for responding but I play a lot of these games and this is the only one that you have to watch that many ads for hints/skips. Plus you have the ads with no mute button or time line. Those types of ads should be banned altogether!
good game but the energy allowance is very low and takes way too long to refill.

such a good game but I hate the placement for the hint button even when you don't want to look for the hint you accidentally hit the button and lose the coins for a hint you already know.. I find it really annoying.

It often felt like guesswork rather than problem-solving. The energy system is also a major downside, limiting play with long refill times. With better puzzle design and a more player-friendly system, this game could be much better.
will be deleting soon. example of near impossible gameplay is the punchbag - the graphics are not good enough for the accuracy needed. also seem very hard to earn coins and energy, which makes me believe it's cynically designed to need purchases
way too hard puzzles are very frustrating loved the game at first but as you proceed you can not pass any of the levels unless you look up the answers on YouTube very disappointed because it's a good game
