I tried to unlink my Gmail account and it won't let me. then I tried deleting my profile and it won't let me. I find this app to be invasive and it's strange it won't let me manage my profile. I've contacted their customer service for support.

This is the most useless app I ever used. just uninstalled it after frustrating months of trying to get it to actually track packages. It doesn't track anything but your data. It's unable to give any information, cannot tell you which packages are where or even what's on the way, sends you notification updates that cannot be found in the app when you tap them, it's just garbage. Absolutely worthless but boy oh boy does it suck up your info!
horrible app. inaccurate. frustrating to sign in on. has my old phone listed to send notifications to, & it won't change it even when I direct it to. I get irritated when I use it and it wasted my business time.
Doesn't connect to Outlook. Something went wrong try again. Useless if it doesn't connect.

Can't edit or merge duplicates. Items actually paid with Route protection at retailer online always show as canceled in app only when neither retailer nor myself has canceled shipment nor Route protection and it gets delivered, but no way to talk to a human at Route to fix this recurring error which might cause loss of protection despite paying for it. Unclear in T&Cs/ToS. Never a response to review either... smells fishy esp. with USPS as carrier.
Absolute garbage app. Only exists to scrap your email for who knows what purpose. I didn't give it access to gmail and yet it still scraped info and displayed it in the app. No way to enter tracking info manually. Super shady if you ask me...
slightly better than shop it's still pretty useless though, requires a lot of data access that I shouldn't really need. but I think this is becoming a common problem, companies tried to offer a solution to a problem that people have but they want access to everything that they don't need so because I'm how bundle it and sell it to other people. stop it. just do what we want you to do quit mining for data, maybe then people will stop hating companies and start trusting them again.
great idea but does not work consistently so what's the point. I also cannot delete packages that have already been delivered consistently so they just sit there cluttering up my list. I'm trying to delete my account and I'm not even able to do that.

Never gives me a delivery date and only says "new order" so I have to log on to Amazon or my email to see when it arrives anyway. completely useless
You have to login to use this app so they can access your data. No thanks! Uninstalling!

FAKE!!! This is a fake app trying to access your Google account.
this app is a scam. When you try to delete your account, nothing happens. a lot of their support steps just blatantly lie, If you try to delete an email, it says click the X, but no X pops up. I also haven't been able to find a way to contact anyone in about 20 minutes of trying, the only "contact support" link just doesn't work, it's not even a dead link, it just does not direct you anywhere.

knowing when my items should arrive is a plus in its self _thank you
was amazing until they nerfed their app by making notifications show zero info. "there are updates about your package" is not helpful. I like to leave notifications about deliveries unread to remind me to go get them, but with this I have to tap through to see if it's even a delivery notification, and that dismisses it. I already checked that my app has permissions for detailed content in notifications. this is app-side :(

Please optimize the app for Android 16 and foldable devices. The app should be supporting adaptive layouts in 2026 as foldables are in their seventh generation. Please give us the option to edit tracking numbers, as sometimes they may change from what the app picked up out of our Gmail, and it doesn't properly update it.
way too hard to remove old packages. can't swipe them away, have to click about 3 different buttons every. single. time. would love to be able to just exclude amazon orders entirely, because i track those in the amazon app itself. gave up and deleted the app after barely making a dent in deleting the random selection of years old orders clogging up the feed
I ordered a bunch of stuff all together and Route decided that all of it arrived once 1/6 of the items got to my house.
