You need an account to use it. However you cannot create an account. You get taken around in circles. No QC.

You can't stop your subscription. No communication from routiq whatsoever.
I paid the suscription when it was Route.nl and it was good. Now it changed to 'Routiq'and is not working and there are 'errors' all the time. This app also consumes the battery of the smartphone, not a battery friendly app actually since it was 'Route.nl'. I would like to know what compensation would be for suscribers who paid for this app. I paid the suscription, but I never received a notification about the change.
Crashes on open
Route.nl was great. Routiq is a disaster. Such a shame to see a good app wasted.
Horrible after the update. Super slow! Buggy! Location not properly detected. Old version was so easy to use...
This used to be a great app. I used it all the time for creating walking routes and am a paid subscriber. Unfortunately since the update to routiq from route.nl I can't log in (error unknown according to the app, so helpful) and so can't use it any more. Don't fix what isn't broken!

Not worth it for me. Beside that, also getting messages that you want to go on a trip again is stupid. Do not like this kind of spam on my phone.
Je _moet_ registreren. Je _moet_ betalen anders werkt navigeren niet. Je moet een abonnement afsluiten; en dan hopen de hufters van developers dat je vergeet op te zeggen (of dat Google het onmogelijk maakt om op te zeggen) zodat de devs voor de rest van hun leven niets meer hoeven te doen. Want klootzakjes users betalen toch elk jaar automatisch geld.
Zonder een account kan je deze app niet gebruiken. Waardeloos.
It is a good app but don't pay for the premium. I paid 2 months ago and my account is still not upgraded! The worst customer service you can imagine. I sent 3 emails and called at least 10 times without success. Nobody answers!!!
I'm trying to cancel my subscription and cannot. Always error page, sent email got automatic antwoord.
Tried to cancel my premium subscription (will be renewed soon), but the site gives an error when I click through. Sent customer service an email but keep getting automated responses! Even if I reply to that email (which it tells me to do when the automated response doesn't solve the problem). Please help me cancel my subscription!

Geeft meerdere keren SPAM NOTIFICATIES zelfs als je een BETALENDE klant bent. Download een andere route app, bijvoorbeeld die van de ANWB
Te vaak wordt er een verkeerde parkeerplaats aangegeven bij de route!

Adds nothing new;
Jammer dat ik geen -3 sterren kan geven. Gesproken navigatie is niet synchroon met de route. Totale afstand klopt totaal niet. Betalen voor deze app? Ik denk het niet.
Ik heb de app al een tijdje in gebruik, en nu ineens MOET ik een inlog maken. Waarom? Op de website Route.nl is dit niet verplicht, in de app nu dus wel. En ik krijg de laatste tijd push meldingen waar ik niet om heb gevraagd. Dat wilde ik gaan uit zetten in de app, maar dan MOET ik dus inloggen... :-(

Ik kan nergens een adres invoeren zodat er een route naar dat adres wordt gemaakt. Beetje zinloos dus.
In potentie een fantastische app. Leek het abonnement ook waard. Maar sinds route.nl over is gegaan naar routiq crasht de app de hele tijd, vaak juist op de momenten dat je hem wilt gebruiken om te navigeren. Erg jammer. Ik ga m'n abonnement niet verlengen als de app niet beter wordt.
