This app is totally rubbish. After the latest update, I’m unable to log in to my account, although the web portal still works fine. I recommend that users use the portal instead of this unreliable app. I would give zero stars, but the system doesn’t allow it.
I really don't want to have to download an app and set up yet another account.

app is shocking booked redelivery and it ignored my request so now I wont get my medication!!! as it decided to still deliver on the day i asked to change in the first place! the wait on hold is longer than an hour!!! pee takers
utterly rubbish. struggles to track anything, constant error messages when trying to rearrange deliveries. the website isnt much better
Accurately reflects Royal Mail as an organisation, not fit for purpose. This app to total rubbish. It doesn't work.

Liars. They have said two days in a row that they have attempted to deliver my parcel, when they most certainly have NOT. Unacceptable.
Weird how companies like Evri have no issues accessing my flat, but RM are ALWAYS sending me updates they failed to deliver due to it being inaccessible...

Really poor app, adds irrelevant references, that i have no idea off. Plus everytime I go into the app, it asks me to login, rather than already being signed in.. No updates are available, plus I feel the upgrades aren't tested properly before going live. The developers, need to read these reviews and make corrections..
Incredibly disappointing. I downloaded the app to "better manage my deliveries" and it has been anything but convenient. After multiple missed deliveries, I had no idea where my parcels were and was unable to change my delivery options or arrange to pick my them up from the nearest post office due to the app's limited functionality. The best option is phoning the royal mail and speaking to an actual person as this app is in my opinion quite useless.
Don't install this app. You are better using the web service to track. Doesn't let me log in to track, tells me I have hit maximum tracking even when I haven't tracked anything. Wonder if this is Fujitsu programming?
Abysmal App with false and untrue data. Falsely claims delivery was attempted and generates two entries for one delivery. One has a new tracking number generated to destroy any ability to attempt tracking. Posties are fine - the tech is worse than terrible.
No updates on deliveries ever. Poor tracking. No way to contact for support.

does not work. tried it on a new Samsung and an older model only for it to say its incompatible with either 🤣
proof of posting doesn't work since they switched to GPS based - it insists I'm not close enough to a post box when I'm standing right next to it, and the blue dot on the find a postbox map shows me on top of it. The previous system where you scanned the postbox worked much better. The postbox search system also doesn't work well - it always says "no more collections today", even when you're well ahead of the last collection time.
Very poor experience, the Royal Mail tracking website does a much better job than this useless app.
I have reset my password and I still cant log into the app please fix this or u can never use this app anymore.
Can't load it.
Gone from bad to worse. The app now constantly crashes and often will not show packages that I've saved. Latest glitch is that it now won't let me log in. All in all a terrible app. The designers of this app and people responsible for it currently should be sacked. Update 29/04/26 - Still absolutely useless app that crashes more than it works. Clearly the app creators are either lazy or completely inept or a combination of both.

unable to access this app for a long time. Always get the message, 'Oops, something went wrong, please try later.' Thetefore I am unable to log into my account, update parcel delivery preference or track anything at all. Useless!
Latest update has again caused issues with app, keeps crashing/freezing, having to log in, google pay button not working. Nil response from app developer. Reduced rating sorry until fixed. Anyone else got issues? Even talking with CEO office still no issue according to the IT...

Why won't it let you download the app
Still awful. Trying to leave a positive on a delivery I took yesterday. The rating page just won't open. It happened yesterday and is happening today.
Rating and review update: from 4/5 to 1/5 stars. Had worked ok for me in the past. Then there were occasional crashes, then frequent inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the tracking details, and frequently crashed, freezes or advised to 'close app' messages. Now almost useless for tracking, inconsistent with its own information and with Royal Mail SMS texts and emails. Cannot leave delivery feedback as I used to. Cannot use to confirm anything delivered. Android app on Samsung smartphone.
It will not send a new reset password email, it will not recognise any tracking number, absolutely useless
Every time I launch it sat after an update it insists password is wrong even though Google has it stored so I change it changed message lig in so tried again Error it says despite telling me password is updated I'm sick of it so much so I'll just uninstall it I've better things to do that repeatedly have to fix it after updating etc Poor app
This is a very temperamental app. From the beginning it refused to accept my RM tracking number, then substituted 4 tracking numbers for Items which mean nothing to me. There is no way to delete them. It also seems to crash frequently for no reason. It is trying to do too much, all of it not well.
Terrible service. Still waiting for a bank card for my son - 7 months! 4 months for a driving license! No customer service! No problem delivering parcels though! Obviously where the money is. We will not use your services anymore. BOYCOTT.
Tracked items order is ramshackIe and the same item appeared under different numbers so difficult to use. Randomly logs out and not very intuitive to use, cannot easily print labels from within app on phone. Tracking often slow to update. Very poor, and that's not even taking into account RM's inability to deliver most things in a timely manner! I cannot recommend the Royal Mail app at all: surely the developers can do better!
Terrible app, just like their delivery service! They fail to deliver and read basic delivery notes. If you ask them to redeliver the next day, they change it to 2 or 3 days later.
Like everything else about royal mail and parcel force this app is absolutely useless and frustrating. You are obsolete please just close this whole business and let someone else have a go. Lied about try to deliver my parcel, no note, and now have to wait until next week for redelivery. Bring on AI robots please
After a painful download and set up I attempted to use the Royal Mail App to track the posting of an item at a post box. It couldn't recognise that I was stood right by the post box, I checked all the setting and permissions but no joy. I shut down the App and opened it again and bingo, you can post your item. Then I go back in later and there is no record of me posting the item, I have no items to track. What a joke this is. Don't launch what doesn't work - you are waisting my time.
the app is not compatible with my family new android phone. I have never had problems with another app. You need to rethink. zero for this 😞
