this app is diabolical all you get is errors, not surprised with a company that sends it's employees to prison

Each time I use the app it says Royal Mail has stopped working. I do wish you would sort this app out once and for all.
can't alter safe place as settings are unavailable for my address I have no safer place that through my letterbox if no one's home try again the next day thanks

utter garbage I could register but it cannot log in the next day, just throws an error in perpetuity. At least on the website I can log in. Another app "developed" to launder taxpayer money.
The app duplicates every single tracking number (I assume it’s one for the barcode, one for the QR code), making multiple deliveries chaotic to track. To make things worse, the app won't let you label both, and untracked deliveries seem to stick on the tracking tab, even after being deleted from it multiple times, adding more meaningless tracking numbers to the list. Despite the massive scandals, Royal Mail has still not learnt that having robust IT systems is important.
Always logs me out even if I used the app a couple of minutes ago and also they're always extremely late with packages, last time being over an hour late and then redirecting it back to their site because I didn't answer the door in time despite selecting on the app that it takes a while for me to get to the door
Since last two update what a load of garbage,the app takes so long to open so long between each next part of the app constantly having 'oops popups' I have uninstalled reinstalled few times I have a high speck phone that I have run cleaning but no joy Royal Mail more like Royal Fail come on get it together it's been months now... well i am now at 3/7/26 and the app is co stantly crashing to the point my phone is always trying to put the app into deep sleep so as it not to crash the phone ...
Not sure what has changed lately!? This was once a fast and reliable app. I've installed and uninstalled at intervals and it still glitches 🤔
Keeps asking to log me back in after closing the app. Thus I receive no notifications.
If I happen to be using my VPN, it doesn't work because it doesn't work unless it's invading my privacy and data-scraping me. If I don't use my VPN, it randomly decides to not work anyway or generate phantom copies of old parcels that I can't get rid of. The update definitely wasn't an upgrade.

Disappointing. Found a placeholder for a hyperlink for a customer service incident, which is essentially useless. Whoever did UAT for this app should be ashamed.
What used to be a fairly easy & fluid app, has now become clunky & frustrating experience since the major update & change of style, it genuinely takes 3 times longer to book items for postage & collection.
I don't want to download an app to book a redelivery. Just let me do it online. Better yet, leave it at the Post Office.
Pretty hopeless. I can log into my account on the Royal Mail website with no problem, but the app always fails to log me in.
Shite, like their postal service! Used to be at least able to login, but haven't been able for a month or so, with the same, 'Sorry, can't fulfil the request message' appearing. 'Try again' or 'Cancel'. Tried again multiple times, nothing. Update: You can login in usually during the mornings, but not late afternoons or evenings. Bizarre, been an ongoing problem for months into years.

Very disappointed!For the past three weeks I have been waiting for several parcels, and on six consecutive days the tracking said "no one was home" even though I was at home all day. No one even rang the doorbell. What frustrates me most is the false delivery attempts. I requested redelivery to my local Post Office over a week ago and I'm still waiting for confirmation. If you can supposedly attempt delivery for two days in a row, why does it take over a week to move a parcel to the Post Office!

Warned by my system that the app is crashing very frequently! Wiped cache and data and done a force stop frequently but no improvement! RECOMMEND YOU STEER CLEAR!!
Useless, never let's you log in, you reset password, create new email log in and still doesn't work.

Flaky app. Useless tracking - just 'arrived at our hub' with a misleading ETA, then another ETA after the first has passed. e.g. "between 8:30 and 10:30" followed at 11:30 by "between 1430 and 1920". I hate using sellers that ship with royal mail.

Good, when it actually works, which isn't very often. This app used to work okay for the most part a few years ago, but it's become gradually worse since Royal Mail was sold to an overseas billionaire - I wonder why. Uninstalling and claiming my space back.

Absolutely awful. App is unstable, constantly stopping. User interface is confusing and virtually impossible to navigate.
If I could give it no stars, then I would. It is a total waste of time! You can't log in half the time, and the times that you can finally get in, then the tracking is inaccurate, that is, if it will even let you track the parcel at all. Complete and utter load of rubbish and a waste of space. Now it decides to log you out when you are logged on then won't let you log back in again as it tells you that your password may have changed, by who I don't know!
Logins fail often and it constantly asks me to log in. It never marks anything as delivered.
the amount of times this app logs off the user, completely out of the blue and then returns an error, not allowing the user to log back in, is absolutely unacceptable for an organisation as big as the royal mail. spare me your 'funding cuts' excuse. organisations that are a fraction of your size do an exponentially better than you at keeping the user services running.
Used to work alright, now it won't let me log in, or if it does it will log me out if I try to track a package and then fails to log me back in. I've had a package delivered today while I was at work, it's not at my home and I've no idea where it actually is. Completely useless, kick out the millionaire owner and put Royal Mail back in public ownership so it's not for profit and can actually run efficiently.

RUBBISH APP constantly have to update because the app stops working at least once a day. The company seems to be falling to bits even worse than before it was sold EDIT still rubbish even after multiple updates
