Very bad. That simple. Can't even make a route, with out 100 taps back and forth. Then you can only get AI help. if you want a humanthen you can call them and make an appointment for that Call, if over half hour you have to pay!
no wonder no one uploads photos, absolutely trash speeds 45 minutes cant upload any pics. 5 bars & 5g?!!?!?!?!?! disappointed.
Cancellation is not an option!! Beware that once you try this app, they refuse to allow you to cancel. Every excuse in the world; "can't find the account", "must be under a different email address", etc. This organization is fraud at it's best. Be aware!
waiting for app to improve. clicking on any feature gets me to the "pay now" page.
This is got to be joke. This app is recommended by so many, but I found it terrible to use. In order to use it, I had to plan my route and stops in another navigation app, then manually find my stops to rvlife. we're not talking remote or uncommon stops, were talking about Walmart, Loves, long standing truck stops. it showed entire cities with no fuel stops. yes it had campgrounds, but that's about it. it's not that it did not have any fuel stops but they seemed to be a very select few.
horrible app
not a very well designed app. using it as frustrating. every time you move the map around, the result disappear, making it look like there are no results. You have to not touch the map for like 10 seconds for any results to show up.
Bad GPS Planning - On two separate trips, the GPS took us on roads we should not have taken: CA 4 and CA 155. Both roads are narrow, windy, and hilly with steep grades not recommended for RVs. After the second incident, I deleted the app.

No good. Google Maps is way more reliable and has a better interface.
the app keeps crashing and says to update once the developers fix the big. not reliable at all.
What a joke. Im not paying $20 a month for a second rate app...
Unsafe at any speed. The most recent updates have made the app unusable for navigation. When the signal is dropped (Bluetooth or USB), when it reconnects the app has lost the route. Previous versions would continue with the route when the connection came back, but no longer It now takes five touches on the Android Auto unit screen to restart the route: not an option at highway (or any other) speeds. The app is unusable until this is fixed.

I'm ready to cancel my membership. I'm trying to plan a trip and it sends me to fill out info you should already have. if you can't have a real.person to help.

Worst App ever! Recommend roads like Ca 49 which is a great road for Motorcycles doing twisties. Try to navigate this app is reaĺly difficult. Example, you would think if your planning a trip you would just click on tentative. No, that doesn't work. I wasted my money on this app, not worth the frustration.

Absolutely the worst app I have ever downloaded. Nothing but ads and pop-ups. Almost impossible to read anything because of all the junk. Steer clear. Deleted it after a little over a month.
No good app
Waste 👏 of 👏 Money👏. Application bearly functions on sync 4 (Ford). audio channels are mixed in with music so you have to blast music to hear nav. app constantly freezes and goes unresponsive during normal operations like rerouting. You can't even perform the basics. I wanted this so badly to work and I even filed support tickets. they seemed interested in addressing the issues only to ghost me and send emails that the tickets were closed with a resolution when nothing was fixed.
lousy program. not at all as described. can not use mapping as advertised, will not warn of steep grades or fuel range. drag and drop will not function properly, adds length to trip. I would rate 0 stars if possible

it kept shutting off just as we exited the freeway to go to our campground. the update screwed it all up. waste of money. it changes roads in the middle of travel. it wanted to send us on a road with a railroad above with a 12 foot clearance. thank God we went with the original road. better fix the major kinks.
Worthless app and way too expensive. It is not user friendly or intuitive. Money down the drain.
Super buggy and not intuitive. I'm tech savvy and hit several barriers to planning a trip using the PAID Pro app. Why don't they do adequate UAT? It's obvious they did not. Will be canceling.
I can't give it any more than one star because it does not show dispersed camping. Even though you have a selection of forests state or national or otherwise, you cannot select or add any place on the Forest roads that are not RV parks.

I like RV life for trip planning but have found the list of RV parks is not always complete. My biggest complaint is the GPS feature. It has had me get off the interstate then right back on for no good reason, asked me to do a u-turn that is impossible with nearly any rig, and suggested very strange choices when navigating a big city with a lot of interchanges. I use it as a second guide against the one in our RV but find I ignore it when it disagrees with the dash unit. Needs some work!
I have a paid RV Life subscription, and the app is inundated with ads. Why am I paying to see ads? Use the web browser for 99%. I've resorted to only using the app to push my trip gpx file to the GPS.
Some important features that are available on the website (such as the trip map view that includes all planned stops, not just navigation between two points), are missing in the app.
Looked like it had a lot of information about where campgrounds are and road hazards. But it was EXTREMELY difficult to set up a route and then while driving it kept changing it's mind about where it wanted me to go. I am very dissatisfied and want my subscription cancelled.
Doesn't show compass direction or speed limit while navigating.
Beware fellow rvers. this app has sent me on good routes but when it sends me on a bad route omg it's truly bad. paying too much for this app for bad routes.
Map does not span out to show approaching intersections or ramps to prepare for turn or to keep in correct lane like Google maps. Its a very small viewing window to see whats ahead. manually doing it is a pain and then it does go back to normal view. I'd rather not play around with the screen when driving down the road towing a 45ft 5th wheel. It needs to be more user friendly.
This app is not user-friendly. When using my cell phone, it does not give options to find dump stations and/or potable water?!?! Why?
Dont bother creating a trip with the 7 day free trial. It will likely disappear. The trip wizard does not work in the app it just sends you to your web browser where it will prompt you again for a free trial and if you login ot will make you setup your RV again like it has not read your app profile. Not worth the money.
