I'm forced to install this app to have my ticket where any other serious airline company send it by mail. However I don't want this app on my phone as it's not open source. It doesn't meet the security standards I want for my phone.
It blocked my payment 3 times, raised the price of the trip, keeps asking me to buy bag slots, cars, insurance about 53 times while finishing the order ticket. I had to do the exact thing 5 times in a row for it to work. This is not a real application, this was built by 2 18 year old students in a basement. I can build a better one during my coffe break while getting a donut.

worst service. They take only card. I lost my 60£ because of their service. Why they don’t take cash for over weight? My card and phone was lost and i suffer a lot in Budapest airport. I never use or prefer anyone in my entire life.
Why force customers to have a bad experience? This will not make me use you again because I have the app. It will make me uninstall as soon as possible and avoid you next time. Let me use Wallet as everyone else
The only reason this app exists is to check you in and sell you garbage services. But even that doesn't work, and instead of recognizing your documents, it tells you to go to the check-in counter to get a paper boarding pass.

EU is coming for this app... it cant make sense to download an app just to get your boarding pass - which i paid for! Count your days...
bad app, now unable to pay
Muy mal OBLIGAR a descargarse la app. El consumidor no tiene muchos derechos, pero si obligación de pagar y callar. Además la app tarda en descargarse, es poco intuitiva y hay que empezar el proceso una y otra vez. MUY MAL, pero como siempre con esta empresa. Hay destinos que no permiten elección.
After booking a flight through this app I received an email that my flight had been booked as it was purchased through a 3rd party vendor with no commercial relationship to Ryanair. I now have to complete verification to get access. No obvious customer service options. Extremely stressful prior to a flight.
always a new trick to make people extra fee , I take it personal, let's have it RY use the app , when you're boarding, - delete all data and uninstall . this App is buggy and useless , take a screenshot of the boarding pass or else you will be stuck because the app will not open at the scanner and you will waste time .

miserable company claiming to save the planet by not printing tickets but happy to do it if you pay another 150 quid
i can't even finish setting my account, keeps having an error for just entering my personal details, so annoying
Since the addition of finger print login the app has been extremely buggy. I don't get any prompt for permissions, it doesn't show the native finger print scanner so I have to login with email/password again and it crashes after trying to sign in. ive tried resetting, clearing cache etc and still the same. Eventually it allows me to login after multiple attempts. Not great when expecting to show your boarding pass. I save them to Google wallet now which is at least stable
Passenger checking works... bag checking, that is another story. After 15 minutes and three automatic machines. we eventually got some help: "Please try again." it turned out to register your bag you need a re ent phone. Bluetooth + GPS location access right without explanation or right to not consent. then three more try and a long waiting time my bags were registered. how is that better than the old system?
Have to download 55M useless and buggy app just to get my ticket. Why not simply downloading or sending it via email (like every normal company)?

Horrible experience! First time booking with Ryanair and first time using their annoying app. The passport scan doesn't function at all. I have been trying multiple times by figuring out all "solutions" provided on Youtube but nothing works. Extremely annoying. I wish I didn't book flights with Ryanair!!!!!

App no longer supported with Google Wallet if using screenshot. I am not the person who booked the flights so don't have direct access through the Ryanair app. I got sent a screenshot of my boarding pass and it keeps saying not supported in the app. I have contacted forums and its saying it can now only be added directly from an email or the app. This is ridiculous that is not even allowing a screenshot because Ryanair have moved to 100% digital pass and do not have the support linked for SS
They split up couples deliberately ... even though there is space nearby and the flight is half empty. App keeps crashing randomly. Also they force the app upon their users. Why not just provide a web-based portal. Nope, has to be another app that needs to be installed on my phone.
sick to death of updating this app. leave the thing along time to change airlines if we have to keep updating

they are lying about this app. it is not obligatory to have and you will get boarding card printed without it on airport. it all in their terms.

Very poor experience. I booked tickets directly through the official app from the Play Store and paid in-app, yet Ryanair falsely claims it was via a third-party agent. Now they’re asking me to share personal ID details with another company without clear justification. Customer support has been unhelpful. Serious concerns about transparency and data privacy.

Forced to download app to get access to boarding pass. Had issues with login, frozen interface, something went wrong bonanza. Will uninstall as soon as I'm done boarding, and hopefully won't ever have to fly Ryanair again.

Firstly, they charged me £60 at check in for my small 'cabin' bag, ive used this bag many times without an issue but because the wheels were not detachable it wouldn't fit the tiny space on their cage. Secondly, many passengers had larger bags and after getting their confirmation, they did NOT have a priority allowance. Crew were not friendly at all. Thirdly, before my flight home, i tried to check my bag in for hold luggage to save my embarrassment and of course extra money, but it kept telling
Why do I have to install yet another app for what it used to be a simple pdf on my email??
Ridiculous passport and visa scan during online check in. It just endlessly fails, asks re-photo and than anyways force you to do check on the counter
There is a bug in this software. Phone always restart when I want to pay. It did it 6 times already. I cleared cache then I reinstalled, the same! Redmi note 8 pro.
