this app is rubbish, but you need it to travel with Ryanair. The language used for check in makes it seem like you need to purchase additional baggage (at a very expensive rate), when in actual fact you probably don't. I travelled with a partner, and although we had seats next to each other, the app tried to upsell so we could be placed together The check in process, specifically at BGY, did not work, the ground staff at the airport have no interest in helping through the process.

Obbligatoria per avere la carta di imbarco e check-in valigie, peccato che poi non si collega, si scollega a metà operazione, poi non si collega di nuovo. 10 minuti per fare un'operazione da 1 minuto, con il personale che non sa come aiutare. Per non parlare di tutti i modi possibili in cui cercano di aggiungere upgrade a pagamento

u want the users to download the app. but the app keep opening for min and barely loads anything, fix the damn problem
It logs you out right before the boarding and doesn't show your boarding pass and shows that "check-in is closed" instead. It happened the second time for me. Take screenshots of your boarding passes upfront. The app is unreliable.
scam company. Not only they charge you for breathing (forget about the price you think you paid, they'll charge you even for wearing glasses), they force you to download a bs app to get the boarding pass. They are the worst airline in the world and tbh ppl working there should be embarassed of contributing to this airline.
App is incredibly clunky with endless prompts and certainly not a low cost airline.
Compulsory app to travel - nop
The AI assistant is just an invasive up seller. I got a notification alerting me to the EES system at my departure Airport. I have no idea what that is, so I asked Ryta, the ai assistant after she popped up to assist me. The only thing she can do is sell me priority boarding. She can't help me identify the issue that the app itself notified me about. Then, when I pressed her to focus on the EES system she simply lied stating "the system is down" yet I could open a new chat with her.

You are a cancer and I will do everything in my hands to prevent anybody I know from using your services. I cannot believe I must use this rubbish app as the only possible way to have a boarding pass. you can be 100% sure I will uninstall it after the trip. Of course I will leave this negative review here.
Worst airline I have travelled with. I am as stuck in Cyprus my plane was supposed to take off at 10:15 am and then got delayed 16:45 and finally to 01:35. It is horrible and throughout they didn't provide much information as well as every 3 hours they provided 4 euro vouchers which barely covers a water or coffee. Honestly it is simply unacceptable. If you read this please don't fly with Ryanair. I really hope that noone will experience the same issue I am or if you can avoid using it

This app is no needed return customer right to use just normal page! Outrageous it always keeps updating and always lagging

Now update with ETA creates unnecessary problems and App is still USELESS!! App has updates about delays only after the main board on airports. App is useless for gate information! App is not even compliant with Monitor on airport and both can show different gate at the same time!!

I was forced to install this app just for boarding pass. We can't carry paper anymore, but if you don't have smartphone they will print boarding pass for you. what a joke. Every single time I can't check boarding passes, I have to wait couple days.
You can't fly with Ryanair if you don't have a smartphone. It's infuriating!! There is no check in without a smartphone!
You are forced to use it for checking in and boarding and it doesn't even tell you which terminal you are flying from or to. The app didn't tell me the terminal number, the flight attendants didn't know, not even the stewardess knew. The information on the flight status websites on the Internet was incorrect and that was an issue for me and my ride.
Unable to log in with Google
Why you decided to not allow printed boarding passes? What if my phone will die and I will not be able to show you the boarding pass on the app? What if I buy tickets for multiple people who do not use smartphones- like elderly people or kids? People printed those boarding passes at home, you did not lose any money on this option. Life is unpredictable and there might be situation when you will not be able to access your phone. It's shows that this company is always anti-consumer in attitude.
Worst flying company ever, the included bagage is 40cm as its longest so no cabin lugage,and they make you install this app cause give no boarding pass in any other way. Not going to fly with them any more.

DESPICABLE Extremely disappointing experience with the handling of this flight! The departure was delayed by more than 70 minutes, yet passengers were instructed to proceed through the gate and wait in the airport staircase area, exposed to outdoor temperatures of approximately 33°C. Throughout this period, the airline's app continued to display the flight as being on time, providing inaccurate and MISLEADING information to passengers.

When Flying from UK to EU I need to choose EU passport. Return flight did not give an option to check-in with UK passport, therefore my status was rejected and I was forced to go to the desk to verify my passport. Please update your app to offer a choice of travel documents on the return flight or assign saved documents automatically to avoid this problem. Also add disable AI setting, I don't need this shtt, it blocks QRcode when the app opens
Why do I even need an app to see my boarding pass? Terrible service, and on top of that the login with Google option is broken. And of course ads and upcharges everywhere.

When checking in for a return flight it automatically picks the same passport as I used on the outward flight. This is a problem for people with dual citizenship.
Awful. After 4 attempts to buy my flight on multiple cards with and without a VPN, I still do not have a flight. The app has one role and that is to sell flights. It cannot do that.
unfortunately I tried multiple times to pay via the app. i used PayPal, GooglePay and then even my card manually - nothing worked. I even checked if I maybe had to update the app, app up to date. Booked the flights now with the competition using GooglePay, same card - no issue.
