Registration fee is high. Let's you drive outside the working are too far without notification
DO NOT USE! They forced me to agree to share my location AT ALL TIMES, not just during rides. I could literally not end my ride until I agreed to let them share my location data with third parties. They also charged my credit card even though I had a 15€ wallet.

parking availability sucks... updating and changing everyday.
Here in Malmö Sweden, they fine you for the most little incident and the app crashes constantly and forces you to park incorrectly, and even after reporting and complaining, they just don't care. Also, an entire minute is removed from your day pass just because you start the scooter. There are more nicer and better scooter companies around. I rate it 1/5 (would give 0 if possible).
can't login, after entering verification code, it goes back to the enter your phone number page,
can't get passed sign up never sends a message. works on my work phone which is an iPhone

you can't use your ryde pass in a different city even though it costs the same so you have to buy a new pass for every city, what a scam.

obtuse login. Does not allow copy-pasting verification code sent via SMS. No Google account integration like everything else on the planet has. Mobilepay integration does not work or open Mobilepay, the app instead suggests logging in via mobile number and manually entering the verification number that cannot be copy-pasted on Pixel 7 Pro. Decided to walk instead
not working
I have been gated and unable to add my credit card so NOW I am unable to RIDE anything. There is a max 24 hour attempt of putting a card on file which is ABSOLUTE ridiculous. It's not my fault the app does not allow for multiple attempts. Now I am unable to ride or go anywhere myself due to this issue
the customer support DOESNT even read the message... they copy-paste the answers. I had to contact them 4 times to get my problem solved.
Be aware, they sent me a fine for a "wrongly" parked scooter, using green square "photo" (probably some app glitch) as a proof for incorrect parking
terrible, cannot add card, then it told me I added to many cards. ridiculous!
Doesn't register payment information leaving the app useless.
Such a stupid flawed sign up process. After entering phone number (which by the way should not be required) it prompts to validate image characters. I tried this code over two days and it just says image verification failed 🤦♂️. So basically you can't sign up.
the scooter wouldnt turn off and i didnt get refunded. i 100 recommend not using this app

for some reason keeps kmh only on 16 and randomly slows down itself for 5 kmh and refuses to move.
Amusingly broken. During onboarding, it asks what payment method you want to use. After adding Google Pay and verifying with my fingerprint, it got stuck in a loop of "Loading". Exited the app and re-launched it, but was met with a white screen - couldn't even try again if I wanted to.

You have to sign up with a mobile number, no email option, so if you're in another country and have a data sim you can't even sign up!
couldn't use, couldn't get a scooter, waste of time.
Won't let me add payment options, it just calls me a fraud when I try using Google Pay or card.
Couldn't add payment card, tried to differente but showed Many Attempts error (try after 24h). I did try only twice before this message.
Scam. Do not buy passes ! One wrong click or they just update app. Poof, your money and pass are GONE
sometimes random errors, or loading forever or other issues. easier to just walk than using this app

Will give you a 900NOK ticket for parking in the same are as dosens og other Ryde bikes, sending you an automated 'sorry bro u gotta pay' message 4 weeks after bymiljøetaten issued the fine.
when I press Add Payment Method or trying to Scan for a scooter app freezes and never responds again. cannot use the service.

Allowed to ride without telling you are somewhere where you cannot park it. Ride back and take taxi. Scam, I would say.
