Illegal charges from 3 years ago + RUDE support. Ryde illegally charged my card for a false ride from 3 years ago. They even stored my payment data after I deleted it. When I complained, support sent a rude passive-aggressive message: "You'll find the answer from the earlier report :)" referring to a 3-year-old ticket. Back then, they waived the parking fee because my photos proved I parked correctly. Now they are illegally retroactively billing a time-barred debt. Total scam, avoid!

The worst experience! The are allowed parking areas are in the most inconvenient places. I had to go back to my starting point since there was no parking allowed anywhere near my destination.
None of their scooters work. I tried to scan the QR code and just get a "Failed to connect" message. Glad they still charged me 3€ to "top up my rides" which I cannot apparently have. 👍

garbage app. scooters routinely just die out for no reason. I would recommend any of the other numerous apps available for transportation. I tried multiple times to get this trash to work with no luck.
"Suspicious activity detected" - altså eg installerte utenfor Google Play ved bruk av en alternativ app butikk. Norske aktører bør gi norske forbrukere ett alternativ, fordi noen av oss vil ikkje støtte Google. Og nei: bare fordi appen er lastet ned fra Google Play, eller greier å lure appen til å tro at den har blitt lastet ned fra Google Play, betyr ikkje at den er sikker.

The worst app ever. Got late to the many important events because your stupid app didn't allow you to end the ride, it's always either a non parking zone which is half of the world I guess or some weird issues.

Du må betale rundt 300 kroner for én times bruk av en ryde-sparkesykkel, noe som betyr at du i stedet for 10 timers bruk av en ride-sparkesykkel kan kjøpe en ny sparkesykkel, som er tusenvis av ganger mer økonomisk, og det er tusenvis av ganger bedre å kjøpe en månedlig bussbillett, som er tusenvis av ganger bedre, og du slipper problemet med å bruke sparkesykkelen i regnet.Leiebil er 100 kroons per time.

DO NOT USE! They forced me to agree to share my location AT ALL TIMES, not just during rides. I could literally not end my ride until I agreed to let them share my location data with third parties. They also charged my credit card even though I had a 15€ wallet.

Germany: unlike other scooter apps, no payment method with paypal. only GPay or credit card. not for me unfortunately :(

parking availability sucks... updating and changing everyday.
Here in Malmö Sweden, they fine you for the most little incident and the app crashes constantly and forces you to park incorrectly, and even after reporting and complaining, they just don't care. Also, an entire minute is removed from your day pass just because you start the scooter. There are more nicer and better scooter companies around. I rate it 1/5 (would give 0 if possible).

obtuse login. Does not allow copy-pasting verification code sent via SMS. No Google account integration like everything else on the planet has. Mobilepay integration does not work or open Mobilepay, the app instead suggests logging in via mobile number and manually entering the verification number that cannot be copy-pasted on Pixel 7 Pro. Decided to walk instead
not working
I have been gated and unable to add my credit card so NOW I am unable to RIDE anything. There is a max 24 hour attempt of putting a card on file which is ABSOLUTE ridiculous. It's not my fault the app does not allow for multiple attempts. Now I am unable to ride or go anywhere myself due to this issue
the customer support DOESNT even read the message... they copy-paste the answers. I had to contact them 4 times to get my problem solved.
Be aware, they sent me a fine for a "wrongly" parked scooter, using green square "photo" (probably some app glitch) as a proof for incorrect parking

Doesn't register payment information leaving the app useless.
Such a stupid flawed sign up process. After entering phone number (which by the way should not be required) it prompts to validate image characters. I tried this code over two days and it just says image verification failed 🤦♂️. So basically you can't sign up.

for some reason keeps kmh only on 16 and randomly slows down itself for 5 kmh and refuses to move.
Amusingly broken. During onboarding, it asks what payment method you want to use. After adding Google Pay and verifying with my fingerprint, it got stuck in a loop of "Loading". Exited the app and re-launched it, but was met with a white screen - couldn't even try again if I wanted to.
