Worst app ever, Firstly everything worked perfectly,then suddenly after the latest update app stopped working...Even after deleting and installing it again the app just keeps closing itself and stopping working. Tried to delete cache and data and reinstalling the app again but nothing helps. My phone is on the latest android 16. The banking app works but the S-pushTAN is not working...
Didn't function all long-weekend. Typical, probably got hacked but because of public holiday laws, nobody was called in to fix it during their 'holidays'. Often does not function on Sundays.
Please allow custom keyboards like FUTO and KeepassXC's magickeyboard. The fallback keyboard is terrible. Custom, open-source keyboards are MORE secure than Gboard. Just like a custom ROM that's not rooted is more secure than a device after EoL.
An den PM, der sich jetzt wieder ausgedacht hat, dass diese App "aus Sicherheitsgründen" auf gerooteten Geräten nicht laufen darf: Aller paar Jahre macht ihr das, und ich kann dann kein Online-Banking mehr machen, weil mein Gerät (u.a. mit Apps, die Rootrechte verlangen) stark abgesichert ist. Nach einem Jahr merkt ihr dann, dass das Mist ist, und dreht alles wieder zurück. Aber ich muss ein Jahr warten. Können wir dieses Jahr bitte überspringen? Sonst brauche ich jetzt nen anderen Anbieter.

Wie viele andere Benutzer schon geschrieben haben, ist die dedizierte Tastatur ein Sicherheitsrisiko, da man keinen Passwortmanager verwenden kann und stattdessen gezwungen ist, das lange zufälliges Passwort selbst einzugeben. Ich würde außerdem gerne die Sprache der App anpassen können, ohne die Smartphone-Sprache ändern zu müssen.
Kommunikationsfehler Screenshot geht auch nicht von der Fehlermeldung, weil verboten. 👎

Mein altes Telefon ist kaputt und nun habe ich ein Flagship Modell. Die App ist laut Google Play auf dem neusten Stand und trotzdem wird mir bei der Einrichtung gesagt ich muss die App aktualisieren. In der App ist dies in den Einstellungen auch nicht zu finden. gleiches Problem auf einem alten iPhone ohne Neuinstallation der App nicht erfolgreich und mit auch nicht erfolgreich. Auf dem neuen Telefon (Pixel 10) auch nach Neuinstallation, Cache Bereinigung und Neustart unmöglich. Needs a fix!!!!
Sparkasse ist wirklich unterirdisch. Es gibt 10 verschiedene pins, passwörter usw
Unterstützt keine Passwortanager, noch nicht einmal das Einfügen einrs sicheren, 20+ Zeichen langen Passwort aus der Zwischenablage. Erzwungene manuelle Eingabe eines unsicheren Passwort über eine eigene Tastatur dessen Layout (z. B. qwerty oder qwertz) nicht geändert werden kann. Leider ider vom UX Punkt nicht gescheit durchdacht, verleitet unnötigerweise dazu unsicherere Passwörter zu verwenden

Does not work with Passwordstores like KeePass wicht drastically reduces security and convenience. Push Tan Activation Process is horribly designed and forces you to reenter password several times within a few seconds.
So annoying but it's Germany so what do you expect with sudden digitalizing and nothing works 👏
The built in keyboard is the worst ever, it's supposed to be "secure" but makes even just setting up the app impossible if you care about actual security. You are unable to paste anything, meaning if you use a password manager and long online banking pin you'll have to manually enter it. Thanks Sparkasse :) Edit: You can't even move the cursor so if you do an oopsie on typing your long password you gotta retype from where the error was..
this is a joke. I tried to set up new phone, now this buggy thing does not work on either. it said I need to install latest version which I have already. I called bank and they said they need to send QR code by post. it has been a week and code did not arrive. I decided to close the account in Sparkasse completely and I suggest doing the same. Low quality have to have it's price
Die Bank ist grundsätzlich zuverlässig. Im digitalen Bereich wirkt die Lösung jedoch unnötig kompliziert. Für alltägliche Bankgeschäfte und die Freigabe von Zahlungen sind zwei separate Apps erforderlich. Heute zeigen viele moderne Banken, dass Banking und Sicherheit problemlos in einer einzigen App kombiniert werden können. Eine zentrale, übersichtliche App für alle Funktionen wäre zeitgemäßer und würde den Alltag der Nutzer deutlich vereinfachen - anstatt zwei getrennte Apps zu nutzen.
Parts of the keyboard are inaccessible (hidden behind the phone's navigation bar) .. the problem has existed for a long time and is not being fixed. Good luck with this app.

With all due respect, I've lived in 4 different countries and had accounts at 6 different banks, but never have I had this many issues with online payments as with Sparkasse and this pushTAN. Actually I've never actually had issues with online payments until I got to Sparkasse
Utterly terrible.
Seit einiger Zeit zeigt auch die frisch eingerichtete App manchmal SIGNATURE_EXPIRED 401 an, egal welche Version installiert ist. Habe auf Chip TAN umgeschaltet. Ist genug.
Von einem Tag auf den nächsten funktioniert die App nicht mehr. Mir wird nach Log In angezeigt, ich müsse die S-Tan Funktion erneut freischalten. Dabei wird mir angezeigt, dass mein Gerät noch dafür theoretisch freigeschaltet ist. Weil es ja aber offensichtlich nicht praktisch funktioniert, versuche ich die erneute Freischaltung anzufragen. Das führt zu einem Loop, bei dem ich einen QR Code anfrage, mir eine SMS geschickt wird und ich erneut auf die Login Seite gerate. Bitte reparieren!

Warum braucht eine große Bank wie die Sparkasse zwei separate Apps für die Sicherheit? Könnt ihr das nicht so wie der Rest der Welt in einer einzigen App lösen?

Its like rocket science. If you have opportunity, dont use this bank. Unnecessary 5 step, 10 step verification. Hard to setup. If you change your phone, have a nice day you need to go to bank to validate some unnecessary paperwork. All i want to do is do transaction. I strongly not suggest this bank. Even one star is extremely much for this app.

Die Tastatur funktioniert nicht mehr seit einem Update vor ein paar Wochen. Die unterste Zeile ist verdeckt. Der Hersteller hat bei anderen Reviews geantwortet, dass man dann doch einfach eine andere Tastatur verwenden soll. Was für unprofessionelle Herangehensweise ist das? "Feauture ist broken" Antwort: "Dann nutze das Feature eben nicht"?! Geht's noch?!
Ich kann seit etwa einem Monat sämtliche Apps der Sparkasse (Pushtan, Sparkasse und Mobiles Bezahlen) nicht auf meinem neuen Nothing Phone 3 nutzen. Die Apps stürzen entweder ab oder senden mich zu einem Link der mir sagen will, dass mein Gerät gerooted wäre, was es definitiv nicht ist. An den Support (mobiles bezahlen) habe ich mich ebenfalls schon durch eine vorherige Rezension gewandt, doch bisher wurde ich nur im Kreis geschickt und es hat sich nichts geändert.
When I tap the "I forgot my login details" link, I can't type anything in boxes in given page. Also whenever I register a new fingerprint, pin or forget my credentials, I have to get a physical mail to re-register back to pushTAN. There must be an option to opt out of this. Such a painful experience.
Seit dem neusten Update kann man die App nicht mehr benutzen, jedes mal ein grayscreen beim Versuch sich anzumelden (Update 4.11.25: Das Problem wurde behoben, aber dass es so lange dauert ein so gravierendes Problem zu beheben hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck)

Ich bin gerade zur Bank gegangen und habe mir einen neuen Push-Tan-Code abgeholt, weil ich dachte, dass ich etwas falsch gemacht habe. Dann habe ich hier im Play Store die Nachrichten wegen der App-Bugs gesehen. Keiner der Mitarbeiter der Bank hat mir Bescheid gegeben, dass es sich auch um technische Probleme handeln kann. Das ist ein richtig schlechter Service von den Entwicklern und der Bank.

App does not work. It has been a few weeks and still problem has not been solved. When I open the App it is just white empty screen.
Hope the developer sees this. Im using Samsung S20 and i cant use this app for last 2 updates. From version 5 onwards. It just shows a black screen. So i downloaded the older 4.8 version from archives but it will obviously update automatically. And i will reinstall older and re-register every time i need to make a payment and was using this method ever since. But now the olfer version shows error message when registering. So please Fix it. I dont want to change my phone, i rather change my bank
Utter Disappointment After the latest update, the PushTAN app just shows a black screen with “Secure Environment” and never loads. I’ve already turned off all “Display over other apps” permissions, restarted my phone, and even reinstalled the app, still the same issue. Because of this, I can’t log in or complete any transactions, which is extremely frustrating. Please fix this overlay issue urgently. it’s affecting many users and blocking all banking access.

Suddenly stopped working, no longer works with swipe gestures as navigation bar. Please fix this bug, I have to change my navigation bar every time I use the app.
