Absolutely terrible! Wish I read reviews before my purchase. Decided upon this product due to app interface which claims deploying spray will alert up to 5 contacts & GPS track spray. Cannot successfully create/update my profile. When adding information, the app dumps my photo and vice versa. Fantastic idea for a product BUT failure on the execution. Returning spray tomorrow for significantly lower priced option without the issues. Such a disappointment and waste of money!
Cannot update profile to include my picture or medical information. This could mean my life is those two things are not in my profile. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

app not working
Always having issues logging in when it is all correct info. I know it is correct cause I use a password manager. Also, it randomly logs you out. When trying to log in and you get the error message that email or password is wrong, you don't even use an email it's phone number based. And trying to reset the password, you put your number and type in the OTP but get an error stating your session is expired. Really needs some big bug fixes.
I had to register using a phone number in order to use this app. I used a landline number. The biggest problem is that you can not get an SMS verification code on landlines, and the voice verification code does not work because no number is given, just the sound of an out going phone call and then silence. So, without a verification code, you can not open the app. I wish that I had been notified ahead of time that only a cell number can be used for login purposes.
When you go to the part where it takes you to the paid version it suppose to show it then take you to play store to finish the transaction that is not happening unfortunately this app needs to be fixed to many negative comments about this
This app isn't working. Text messages are not sent. My expensive purchase is useless.

My contacts aren't getting the verification message
I bought the Sabre SMART Pepper Spray. When creating an account, I get the message, "Oops! There is an error. Please report it." There's no way to report it. I tried changing my information (e.g., phone number, email address, password), but still get the same error. There's absolutely no way to create an account, which means my "smart" pepper spray is just a regular pepper spray. I'm tech-savvy with US$60,000+ of smart home products, and tried this on 2 different high-end smartphones.
Wasted $ for a pepper spray and the app ended up being broken.
I almost bought the pepper spray to connect to this... but I can't imagine spending $50-$80 on it for a BROKEN app
Tried downloading and it has a bug
Won't open up so I haven't been able to even log on to the app. Just installed it and it says it may need an update.
The app won't even open. I have a galaxy s21 ultra.
Stopped working out of the blue :( uninstalled reinstalled...and ultimately need reliability for a safety app
I have the galaxy fold 3 and this app won't work on my phone! Makes paying all that extra money pointless!!!!

Did not work at all. No notification. Twice uploaded still no notification to designated person. Had high hope but.....

However this will result in the automated 911 call provideing the wrong location. Again this is more due to how Google handles Android and limits the owner. I wish I could give it a better review the idea is honestly good.
