i can never get intk the app
have acount now asked to instalm app yet again. painful this fails everycouple of months and no help from app either.

Issues with logging in all the time, I'm in the application and when I go to login, it goes through 2 factor authentication properly. Then asks me if I've downloaded the app yet, obviously, I'm in the app. It then locks me out for an error both in the application and in the browser. Resolve the issue via. IT and it happens again next time I try to log in.
logging in is a nightmare and the 2 factor authentication doesn't work

how difficult is it to show the pay cut off dates on this app, so it makes it easier to tally our pay. Every month I have to check my pay and get back to the freaking pay clerk to sort my pay right. can you add the format from which date to cut off date we get paid!!

pay short again , can't get a full summary to check for any changes in my tax etc, that's 3pays in a row I've been short and no way of checking.

I used this app with this company back in 2023,now I'm back with said company they use this app but it still showing my and only showing my pay from 2023 for some reason update my pay in 2025👎
absolutely ridiculous system,it doesn't work I've not seen my payslips for months as I cannot appear to log in. I've tried to speak to my uninterested employer and I've received 6 digit code to enter and I still get messages of incorrect code. I'm glad to bring retired in a few weeks!

I've been trying to get him a photo for 3 months now and he keeps saying I got the wrong email address which I don't.I changed my password and he still won't let me in there.I can't buy nothing cause.I can't prove income come you can't help me
I can't get into the site!! so frustrating!!
I've been using this app for over 10 years and now I can't sign in !! it doesn't recognise my email address or password, useless! can't view my weekly pay slips or P60. Can't even change my password nothing works. Don't even get a welcome email. No one can help me with this, just going round in circles. Please help. Thanks.
cannot gain entry yo it says some stupid words and numbers
doesn't load. All I get is http503
when I open it it says somekind of error and it's http 503 something like that I've tried clearing data and uninstalling etc can u please help
