This app is very bad. I click on an item to view it and all I see is a blank page with the heading "search your store". I shop at the Sainsbury's in Oldham and that is not even listed on the app. The Tesco app is a lot better and more convenient than this app. If you can't provide a good service on the Sainsbury's App then how am I going to know what's available in the Sainsbury's store that I go to? Take a look at how perfect the Tesco App really is. I sm not happy with this Sainsbury's App ok!

Can't access anything on the app! whatever I go into it says "Sorry there's been a problem" then I'm thrown off the page I was trying to get to! tried to set up my address "sorry not valid" then "sorry we're having problems" and it threw me out! when I do eventually set something up it says "FLAT" I can't remove it, if I try it says the field can't be left blank,the field says Building name or number but I can't leave it blank. so it doesn't matter what I go on it's doing it all over the app

Driver refused to hand over my grocery order unless I showed ID, even though I didn’t buy any age-restricted items. I’ve never been asked before and wasn’t warned this would happen. Left without food and toiletries and missed out on offers. Really poor and inconsistent service.

I have just had the most creepy call with an agent. I tried registering. It said I already have an account. I tried changing my password 3 times, but it has blocked me. I called them up, only to be told that they have deactivated my account. If Sainsburys has deactivated my account, why does it still have my email account and old phone, no? Data breach! If they have blocked me, surely a courtesy email to say so will suffice. Petty & unprofessional. Just because I asked them to deactivate my acct

I am absolutely disgusted how people who work for this top marketing company treat these disabled customers, I will never buy anything from sainsbury's again, I don't appreciate my food being put on my kitchen floor when I am wheelchair bound, after my food was placed on the floor I ended having to throw most of it out as it was meat. I informed the manager and the manager did absolutely nothing not even a replacement or a refund, Sainsbury's you should be ashamed of yourself.

I can't login or register, despite having a nectar card for 10 years now. Just can't continue. Not surprising since it's a super market app and they're all terrible. but you'd expect the login page to function. guess not.

worst store going. they substitute cheap items for super expensive ones and then charge you for them. if you miss the item on delivery, they send you a voucher for the difference with an expiry date, forcing you into a loop of the same stuff. app is terrible and barely works, always logs you out. I'm a sucker thats been shopping physical with sainsburys for years and this online experience where they stole over £8 from me by substituting a £1 item with an £8 item has caused a lifelong boycott.

I used to be able to answer a call on my mobile and go back to where I left off. Now I'm more likely 4 out of 5 times to need to log back in again. If it ain't broke, don't fix it...

I've always shopped at Sainsbury's but recently they have increased the minimum online spend to £50 in order to get the affordable delivery slots (otherwise it's £7.50 delivery) and as a single person living alone during a cost of living crisis, this has made me consider switching to other supermarkets that offer free delivery when spending just £35, which is far more affordable for me. disappointed Sainsbury's has done this.

I've never been able to collect nectar points the whole time I have been using Sainsbury's. It says I need to activate my card in store to get the points but I am unable to leave my home. I have contacted both Sainsbury's and nectar regarding this several times but neither have replied. Ironically I can purchase items at nectar prices, go figure!
