charged me multiple time and when I asked for refund I never got it and then cancelled my subscription also.

Filters don't work as stated on free version so I bought Diamond. The diamond membership didn't work either and they recused to refund me.

I have been using this app before and I enjoy it, but recently when I download it again I come across several things, before you don't have to pay before seeing who likes you and you will get to know people and chat with them for free, but this subscription stuff you put in there will destroy your app and make it less use by people, because not everyone can be able to pay that, salams you're not helping people this time around honestly , make it free the way it's before
This app is all scam. If people tell you that they are financial project manager, later on they will tell you that they do bitcoin and will ask money. Alll of them are scam, this app is scam. Don't even pay for this app and not even worth it to download.

Terrible !!!! Everyone it says not been on all for over a month so who are you supposed to message plus not many people on this on certain age groups have to wait so long for even few people and unlike MUZZ if you match you still go to pay to chat just money making scam
Can't even log in anymore. I get told a verification code will be sent to my email, but nothing. I've checked Spam and nothing there either. No way to contact support. What an abysmal app.

The app is good and a very organised platform for dating. But I only have one Problem and it is so annoying. The app response is like normal browser. It takes time to load the chats Sometimes I will have to close and reopen the app before the chat opens. It's not my network connection because I have other dating apps and they are working and responding faster just like WhatsApp does.
Not very good, you choose ur 3 filters but it doesn't stick to the filters you chose. it keeps shutting down and logs you out the app. when you try to log back in takesss hours for it to load again really annoyed. update 19.3.26 still app doesn't load doesn't open please can this be fixed what is happening with the app
Terrible app, glitches regularly. The app will log you out randomly and not let you log back in, almost as if it's frozen. I tried to contact them to get advice considering I had made an in app purchase and no one got back to me. Even the free version is a waste of time. Tried to uninstall and reinstall etc and still no luck.
Worst dating app ever
Just received a notification on my device that "This app stated it may share your location data with third parties". No longer an app to be used, since they are trying to make money of the users by selling our location information. What a waste!

bad experience 1. the preferences that I have chosen does not take effect even after paying £30 2. the app did not let me on for around 12 days which is a waste of money. I emailed customer services who I'm still awaiting a reply. 3. no one is serious on this app. I won't be paying again

I was really with hopes for Salams!! I have tried Muzz, Quite good. But I also wanted to try my luck on Salams! And Put so much effort and Time for creating a good profile. And as soon as done, it charges for everything!!!???? can't even have a number of People allowed for free? For a single Like I have to pay. lol . Deleting it right away! extremely Disappointed. At least there should be few Slots for free and of course if one likes, they can move ahead paying and be gold members!
Glitches and bugs are impossible to work around. Plus customer service is terrible. Also, Salams is now owned by the same company that owns Tinder, which I think is significant.
Time and Money both are totally wasted. I bought pro version but all I got scammers. This app is filled with scammers. They create marriage profile using insta girls pictures and try to scam. They are such expert that at the beginning it's hard to find out. Almost all profiles are fake. This app has no profile verification system, anyone can use someone else's pictures. So, don't be fool guys.
what's the point of this app if you can't do anything without paying? why do i have to pay to see who matched/ liked me and to send a message?/ see who sent me a message? this is stupid, this app is just useless
