I used to play Sally spa all the time and it was amazing until they completely changed how the game functioned so that you would have to pay them money. it's disgusting. You used to be able to play after the store closed but not get anymore customers but now they just end the game and make you watch ads when you try to play again. I don't understand what happened and why it is so different on iPad but oh my god it is unplayable on Google play for some reason. shame

So frustrated by how difficult they make this game, I like calm relaxing games and this stresses me out! I am soo sick of accidentally pressing on the money candle when I am just clicking on the register, wastes soo many candles, the upgrades are so unaffordable, I got a patience chair but it doesn't even give a patience heart. Why do customers have to come in soo impatient, why would anyone go to a busy spa if they are that impatient, I hate so much about this game.
Needs fixed. I noticed that both my daughter's had earned employees on certain levels but I was never got that on my phone. My only option has been to buy them. Seems like an error in the game.

Yikes. You really bastardized this game with micro transactions didn't you. game used to be 20$ on PC flat rate. Now it's 20$ to unlock the levels, 5$ for an assistant that you just got when it came out on PC. The tea maker used to be infinite but now you have to buy tea as well. If I could find a way to make the old PC version work I'd rather pirate that than give you any money.
seriously I bought all staff and other things, but it's hard to pass every level without paid. and no other way to get coin if you didn't pay any upgrade
I can't reach the achievements, alrdy reached Iceland. Daily rewards stuck at day 5 everyday, no reset
literally ruined my childhood game and take all the fun by the greed, please bring it back

I love this game but it's now unplayable as it always tells me I'm not connected to wifi even though I am. I have no issues with my wifi with anything but this game. Sometimes it works when I use my own hotspot, but not always. Why should I waste my data just because the app doesn't work though?

I bought the upgrades to unlock characters and now that I have new device I cannot get my progress or my purchases to transfer over the new phone. I've tried logging into it repeatedly with my same account, but it still won't move the data. I've emailed the company twice and never got a response. I love the game but am highly disappointed to lose all my progress and all my in-game purchases. They need to implement a better way to save progress across devices like most other apps these days.

i love this game but have to pay to upgrade and open the map..its not fun anymore..i pay for subscribe but its not ebought you have to pay for coin and hire employee to go forward..its sad

A bit challenging but they only make it that way so you pay money lol. Doesn't make any sense when once the clock runs out every guest that's already in your spa just vanishes and you cannot collect money from them. In the original pc version, you serve the last guest after close which is also realistic lmao. Also the pop up tutorial is hella annoying. It keeps telling me not to walk too far but then everytime that notice pops up, it cancels my entire chain of actions. I'm uninstalling.

I understand needing to make some money but not being able to pass a level at all unless you spend real money is ridiculous! paid $5 to upgrade then another $5 to upgrade again still wouldn't let me pass apprentice level
Only early in the game and its already difficult to play, its obvious that you are forced to but assistant at some point. A scam really, so disappointing
I was really happy with this game at first. Then, it starts instructing you to fly to different locations which costs coins... like all the coins you have. Then you can only get so far before it wants you to fly again. This time you can't make enough coins to fly again because when you lose a level... you get nothing. You can't replay old levels to make more either because the levels have a difficulty increase each time. It's a money grab. Should either be free flights, or replay for coins.
it's fun but get so far it is impossible to complete challenges and to buy coins cost to much money only options are $5.99 $29.99 $99 which the cheapest only get you 10k coins that can't buy any upgrades because the upgrades are very expensive 12k and up to even upgrade one item in the salon. I will not spend anymore money on this game it's ridiculous and a money grab!!

I like the old version. In this game, you can not succeed unless you spend a lot of money. I have spent a significant amount on upgrades, and it still requires more in order to pass levels. It used to be fun when you didn't have to spend to play.
Just like the older version of 10 years ago. However, the fact you need to buy the assistants with real money is disappointing. The levels are very difficult to beat and you need to spend in game money to restock the candles and the tea. Was nice to play this game after so long, but truthfully, it's too stressful for a game about spa and relaxation.
I'm giving Sally's Spa more than one star because it looks really nice and sounds good. This mobile version is such a waste of money to play. The PC version is free and doesn't lock levels behind pay walls and timers.
A really fun game, but you get to a certain point where you HAVE to buy the in app purchases and that's when I lost interest. Uninstalled 😔
The additional staff cost too much. if it was a one-off purchase to open "recruitment " and then able to purchase in game I think I would be more tempted.
