Facility to pay in cheques does not work. it is not an issue with either the camera or set up. Please look at this urgently as it not fit for purpose.
the latest version keeps crashing when adding a new payee and the stupid Reference field kept pushing cursor out of field when typing on phone... had to go on a browser to set up new payee!!!
Fed up with the constant updates
I was so happy to shut my TSB account some years ago, now I learn that the clowns have been bought up by Santander. This is not good.

it says update my app. It won't let me as I've no room on my phone to do anything. can't they just leave it alone. I can't delete apps I use all the time so I will have to move my accounts elsewhere.Thanks for that . ( look at the reply. absolute joke , can never get on it , its always updating, then it dosent allow you to use the app because it asks to update again, absolutely sick to the back teeth with SANTANDER BANKING APP AND THE BANK
I haven't been able to access my bank account for months. my mobile phone isn't working so can't access my account also cannot get into my main account as well as mobile. I need access now.
imprve more it more fast & enjoyable
Paying in cheques is almost impossible, tried for over an hour today with no success. Went on Virgin bank app and it went in straight away with no issue. Santander replied to this review with a guide of how to deposit a cheque (they must think I am stupid). Definitely not listening to people as it seems a common issue people are having.
This app is awful, My pending balance isn't showing correctly and I keep ending up in my overdraft because it's showing the wrong balance
An absolute rubbish. It has worked on GrapheneOS for months and now it has stopped, as they moved to Google Play Integrity API to please Google.
Terrible, it's not working properly.
Why change a system that was working well, now lost the ability to carry out phone banking. Have to take a one hour bus journey to complete any transactions having lost my phone banking details.

all I want is to check my statements and not prat about with this nonsense
now the balance isn't showing transferred funds from debit top up and the date is one day ahead! showing 28th when it's 22:30 on the 27th! I transferred money and it's not available! I cleared cache and it fixed it (will leave this up a while in case others have same problem)

First time use: Entered personal ID, entered PIN, entered OTP, then it requests to send an email with code "take me to my email". So click and go to email (codes match). click on email link to "log on" which I click and then it proceeds to take me through all the steps above in an infinite loop. App is simply unusable and therefore completely useless.

despite complaining on numerous occasions the bank DON'T tell you when you need an app update. it now says my phone is not compatible. so can't do online banking.what a JOKE
Been using the app for 4 years. This update now says the app is not compatible with my phone. I'm not getting a new phone due to lazy app developers. I'd rather just change banks.
Glitches a lot, especially on payments and transfers. Payment sent, but then it isn't or payment sent but not displayed correctly on balance, on statement showing the transfer but not on balance. Way out of sync to be safe for more then gig
Dreadful. I have given up as if this is supposed to make my life easier then I will do things the hard way. If I could give a zero rating I would.
I have tried over 10 times following the instructions to close an account but it doesn't work, waste of time! uploading a cheque never works, takes 20 attempts, and then the cash machine is just as bad, won't accept them, I am beginning to hate santander! I have tried all the troubleshoots and made no difference. the app keeps crashing when you try to log a transaction dispute, this also takes several attempts. very bad app!
Dont like the updated app, its clunky and not as responsive now not available for my phone
This isn't a native Android app..it appears to be a simple wrapper around a browser session, so whats the point, you may as well just use the browser on the phone. It's also pretty slow compared to the banking apps from say Nationwide, NatWest. Spend some money , get a proper, experienced Android developer on the books and do it properly
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Does anyone actually do any work there?
Thank you Santander for removing all accessible branches and leaving us with this useless app to deposit a cheque. It seems that it is impossible to take an acceptable photo of the cheque. Please sort yourselves out.
