yo no quiero recibir notificaciones promocionales del banco y de terceros. El cliente debe estar en control de las notificaciones que recibe. si no se arregla, cierro la cuenta del banco
Quitad las sucesivas pantallas de configurar touchID, geolocalización y fondo de pantalla cada vez que inicio sesión. No, no quiero tener que dejar guardado mi inicio sesión para que estas ventanas no aparezcan. La app se cierra si sales para copiar y pegar un num de telf pero el promt de solicitar acceso a la agenda siempre sale. No, tampoco quiero darte acceso a mi agenda. ++Lentísima, no cargan las ventanas tratando de hacer un Bizum. En alguno de los reintentos, va cargando.

Going to close my account right after opening. No English support by phone. Sent money to my new account and it shows 0 still. Transactions are shown as incoming and have amounts but 0 total still. Different banks just tell me that santander declines incoming transfers. Everything looks active on web, not blocked. I don't want to know why my new account does not work. I just want my few euros that I sent to get back. And then close the account. What a joke. I value my time. Santander does'nt
Ya no puedo ver gastos mensuales, ni siquiera en agenda financiera. Solo ensaña el salario pero no gastos. Además ya no se muestra el tema de la app com el gasto mensual
La última actualización tiene un error. Se puede abrir, pero se cierra inmediatamente.

stupid santander key banner does not permit to use the application
Desde que actualizaron la app no puedo abrirla en mi teléfono, tuve que desinstalar y al volver a entrar se vuelve a cerrar tras 2 seg abierta.
La autenticación. el proceso de renovar la password. Es impossible.

poor English language provision. Keeps reverting to Spanish.
La peor app bancaria. A menudo la identificación con biometría se desconfigura, sin motivo aparente, y mi cuenta queda bloqueada hasta que no restablezca la contraseña siguiendo el proceso de la pregunta de seguridad. Pero a veces devuelve errores durante el reset de password y acabas entrando en un bucle infinito siendo incapaz de acceder a tu capital. Extremadamente frustrante.
Beware of opening an account with Santander as a foreigner. it's a nightmare and you will be charged fees which you don't expext and no one will ever explain why you are being charged. I have had this account for 3 years and it was a huge expensive mistake. Customer service is basically non-existent. I am a bank manager myself and even I can't cope with this nonsense

La aplicación se comporta de forma errática, especialmente cuando necesitas cambiar la contraseña. Además, intentan ocultar comisiones y cargos adicionales. Es el único banco en España que te cobra un 3 % cuando pagas en línea en una moneda distinta del euro.
Muy lenta, poco simplificada
He intentado cerrar la cuenta en varias ocasiones ya que cambié de banco y no la uso. Me cobraron 7 céntimos por la operación, no me notificaron de ello. La operación no llegó a completarse por lo que siguió abierta. Sin saber del déficit de 7 céntimos no lo cubrí, al no usar esta cuenta y haber intentado cerrarla. Hoy me han cobrado 20 euros por la deuda pendiente. No hay peor banco, no se preocupa por las necesidades del cliente, abusivo con quienes le dan beneficios. Ahórrense el disgusto.

the last update just doesn't make any sense. I am having such a hard time finding the last movements of my card or my account. In the previous version I used to click in the card or account and all the history of movements appear there. It was very easy and obvious. Sadly this option is not there in the last update.
Application works very slow, I can not create my insurance claim (I tryed several times), I cannot input any data in the fields. So I gave up do to any action in this application because I have to close it at all to proceed and start from the beginning. There is no any helpdesk to resolve issues or submit application errors in the application.

Can't login on the new phone. Password changed "successfully", but still not working with the new password. I did this 4 times already, now when I'm trying to change the password, the edit box for verifing the password is disabled.

Es un banco muy sucio y vergonzoso; no ofrece ningún servicio y paga todas las facturas tarde, lo que genera pérdidas. Un amigo y yo fuimos deshonrados por este banco, así que jamás lo recomendaré.

There is no option to chat with or email the bank if you need help, and even if you set your language to English, half the app is in Spanish.
Way too much going on in the app and essential features like contacting online or disputing charges or anything like that is missing
Bank transfer doesn't work 90% of the time. Cannot see the bank account number of transactions. Not what I hoped from such an important app.
Desde la nueva actualización detecta mal las pulsaciones de la clave de acceso al acceder. Es imprescindible que aparezca el numero de contrato de la tarjeta en los detalles de la tarjeta ya que las liquidaciones aparecen en la cuenta especificadas por este numero. Y ver la retención real de la cuenta y que no ponga 0.00.
The app works terribly. Instead of labels, translation keys are often displayed. When trying to make an early mortgage repayment, entering an invalid symbol causes the app to crash. The loan payment history still doesn’t scroll properly - you can scroll down, but not back up, and it’s been like this for months. For a bank that deals with large amounts of money and loans, this is a disgrace.
