where to start, one of the worst bank app in my life
Es ist wirklich unglaublich, wie oft mit dieser App Probleme auftreten. Wie kann es sein, dass bei einer für online Banking benötigten App kein Testing durchgeführt wird? Alle paar Monate kann man die App nicht nutzen. Entweder stürzt die App ohne Grund ab, oder wie jetzt aktuell mit Version 1.1.3, wird man zum Update aufgefordert, obwohl es schon die aktuelle Version ist. Tippt man auf "nicht jetzt" schließt sich die App einfach. Das ist wirklich enttäuschend.

i must reset my password cause the other app never recognizes it and this other app doesn't execute the already signed changes. that's why i am moving already my money somewhere else. Worse is that they tell you to send them an Email, which they never respond to. After two weeks, no response

Since the new update, Santander Sign is broken. Whenever I initiate login, transaction, it shoots something went wrong then does not react when I press pending items. It literally prevents me from using the bank account. I can't even contact the customer center for this. Seriously wasting my time on this. Please don't tell me to reinstall. I already did and renewed the activation. Still doesnt work.
This app is unusable. I opened a new bank account and cannot use the sign app. I receive notifications for transactions or login confirmations, but when I open the app, it shows a pending transaction with no option to confirm or accept. Tapping the transaction does nothing. I can't even log in to the Santander banking app because of this. The issue prevents all account access. The developer team must resolve this immediately-this is critical for any banking app.

Stopped working since march with Banking app. Asks for sign in and then open another sign in and so on forever. Please test your app properly with different conditions before releasing it. This is a banking app, not a game app!! And yes, my android os is updated.
Doesn't work anymore, last update must have broke it. It shows me the tile but nothing happens when I click it. I only get a notification that there is an open transaction. As of right now, I cant get into my account, very frustrating.
The app does not work anymore
It just stopped working. It starts, in den login, but the messages from the bank cannot be confirmed. The only button I can see is history. I can see and tap on the message which is confirmed by the sound but I cannot confirm the message. Something that worked a while back. Extremely unhappy about this The config used is: App runs on pixel phone, the connection done over from the browser on my laptop.

It could not scan the enrollment QR code. I tried several orientations, large, small etc. Always made sure the picture is sharp and crisp. But the app didn't react on the QR code. On top of that, if I click the QR code with the mouse (as suggested by the web page), it leads to a "page not found".

Die app geht jedes Jahr einmal kaputt. Die registrierung wird verbuggt und muss mich jedes mal neu anmelden was letztes mal über 20 versuche gebraucht weil es die ganze Zeit fehlgeschlagen hat!!! Bitte fixt das! Bei einer Banking app mitdem man seine notwendigen Geschäfte erledigen muss darf sowas nicht passieren.

Can't be installed in the Samsung secure folder! BUT THIS IS EXACTLY WHERE A SIGNING APP BELONGS! The activation sms cannot be opened within the Samsung secure folder, there seems to be no way to copy the link from the sms and open it in a browser within the secure folder, which would be the only way to activate the SantanderSign app within the secure folder!

1. Es ergibt keinen Sinn, in die Rubrik "what's new" zu Neuerungen einer App Texte wie "Liebe Kunden, wir haben einige Verbesserungen vorgenommen[...], zu schreiben. Dass Anwendungen nicht verschlechtert, sondern verbessert werden, sollte man erwarten dürften. Man beschreibt hier sinnigerweise, WAS GENAU geändert wurde. 2. Version 1.0.18 wurde erfolgreich kaputtprogrammiert, da diese nun nicht mehr startet. Mutmaßlich wieder mal aufgrund nerviger Bevormundung bezüglich Root. Eine Frechheit!
I have been trying for 2 hours to reinstall this app on my new phone. The website sends me to a link per sms. The sms sends me to install the app. THE APP IS INSTALLED. The app opens and starts the process all over again. For a bank institution to be so la la with their accounts worries me.

Edit 30/11/2023: 7 months later and still no fix. Bit incredible really. I've gone through the FAQ as has been suggested & nix. Tried to install on a new device, the app is stuck in a loop. I can only agree with the other negative reviews. You try to start the registration process and the link it sends navigates you to the play store, asking you to download the app, and then the whole process begins again. I've tried this on both Firefox and Chrome and I'm stuck in a loop. Very disappointed.
Doesn't work. Need to activate notifications, but impossible to do, the option is greyed out. It's a one line fix in you AndroidManifest.xml, how is it still broken after almost 2 weeks? Online-Banking is literally impossible without that...
The apps recent update (8.11) revoked all permissions, including the ability to send notifications. It cannot be restored because the app now claims that it doesn't send notifications. Long story short, the app is broken right now. Fix it immediately, you cannot let people go without banking services for over a week
Von der sperrigen Benutzeroberfläche abgesehen ist der Registrierungsprozess dieser App komplett defekt. Wechselt man das Telefon, ist eine Neueinrichtung unmöglich. Der Link, welcher die Registrierung abschließen soll, endet nutzlos im Play Store. Der benötigte Aktivierungscode hingegen wird einfach konsequent nicht versandt. Ziemlich miserabel. Ich bin nur froh, dass ich gerade nicht an mein Konto muss.

Ohne vorherige Info kann man plötzlich nicht mehr per SMS Pin einloggen und die Instalation wiederholt sich auf halbem Weg. Erstklässler könnten das wahrscheinlich besser
Ich versuche seit mehr als 6 Monaten meine Santander Signund Online-Banking zu aktivieren, es geht immer zurück zum login, app ist Schrott,ich kann meine online Banking nicht benutzen.Kundenservice war katastrophal,die Frau mit wem hab ich geredet hatt überhaupt nichts geholfen. Dankeschön für nichts 👍
