Absolute rubbish app, I don't even know why companies use something as troublesome as this. I open the app - it asks for biometrics, my email, password, authenticator, biometrics again - EVERY SINGLE DAY! I travel worldwide and it's been made such a hassle to collect receipts. So many protections and blocks even there's literally 3 steps of auditing before anything gets refunded. Also misinterprets about 80% of receipts, throws in random city which I cannot change manually, itemization problems.

The app won't let me log in. I tried using the employee ID and it said my MFA was not acceptable. I logged onto the concur on the computer to get the SSO code. But didn't work. What's the point of the app if we can't log in, despite following the directions correctly?
The app is unreliable. It's really a coin flip if it works and there's so many security hoops that you have to jump through just to take pictures of receipts, if it can read the receipts at all. Overall, I do not recommend this app.

App just says ... Authenticating on a white screen, never does anything else, if your company uses Concur, it's proof that they do not care for their people.
spent 5 minutes logging into the app to be told i had to update (why not update before i login?), then the screen telling me to update does not auromatically take me to the app update page i have to manually go, then i install yhe new version and it just sits there on 'authenticating'. A useless pos just like the online version, why corporations use this company is beyond me
today is the second time in my career I have not been able to submit expenses before boarding..... both times with Concur

The latest update reset all of my itemisations on a receipt (27 items) so I had to completely start again with them causing me massive issues while on a 5 week long business trip! unacceptable! To add to this later, I have then discovered a claim I had ready to submit was completely deleted and I have had to rebuild it. thankfully the receipts were not deleted. Cannot believe the app has done this, terrible experience!

the travel portion for booking flights on the app disappeared since the update. it will not pull up only showing expenses, which sucks since i have to book flights through this app.
this app is terrible if I could give 0 stars I would it makes me re-log in it is slow you would think SAP could do it better
After the update I can't upload a receipt without creating an Expense. Now I have to email the receipts to myself, download them, then upload them on the browser SAP. Not cool.
This app was working fine until the recent update. Now it won't even let me log in. keeps telling me that it doesn't recognise my details. Even tried to phone you people and you've been absolutely zero help at all. Terrible app. I do not recommend at all.

no way to access expenses
When I log in via the website, I have an open expense that I'm working on. When I go into the app, it says no expenses exist. Why even use the app? Deleting because what's the point?
Still only one star and the developers have not improved anything this app 3 years later. So SLOW! It never picks up the right information for my receipts. it just took me 5 minutes to upload one receipt. I have no idea why/how German software is such trash when they ACQUIRE working technology on the open market. This app gets slower and more complicated with every update, just like the owner's native software, SAP. That's it! They changed the backbone to SAP, and now it sucks. Done and done.
Was forced to update, now the app doesn't recognize the login info saved on my phone and doesn't give me the option to re-enter it.
horrible experience and costing me money. you guys can never fully fix the issue with the personal mileage - commute deduction - round trip!! it went from bad because I always had to adjust it, since when I sync it the miles would be incorrect. To now, I just it to rhe correct miles - now it tells me "error: You have manually changed the distance, please review the distance or the adjust the route." the commute from hasn't changed! this is literally costing me hundreds each week. gas is $6 gal!

this app is useless, I have to change the timeline for my report, which you can't do on the app. if I try to login to the browser, it then opens the app. so then I have to uninstall the app before I sign in the browser.

this is the shittiest app ever!! it cannot read text from a printed receipt and accurately load information in. I submit expense reports it they have no errors. they show up to the approver they have errors. what the f***. The app takes forever to load and make adjustments to expenses and if the phone times out and goes to black screen it's an error. there's nothing to stare at and nothing to work on. the app is slow as hell. I have asked my employer for a different way to submit expenses.
the app was fine until recently when the Expenselt setting was turned on automatically, and now I am unable to turn it off. so disappointing.
Incredibly frustrating. So many clicks. Upload a receipt and then it's unclassified. Pick a category and you'll get a pop-up that your changes will be lost. The admin design must lack guardrails because you end up with illogical requirements like having to select that a receipt is attached right after you attached a receipt. Most reports cannot be completed on the mobile app at all. Receipt scanning is inconsistent, and good luck with currency exchange inaccuracies.
Still cannot turn off ExpenseIt since last update. Extremely frustrating!

Annoying after most recent update. ExpenseIt won't stay off. And when you tell support about the bug in their app they tell you that you'd have to contact your company's admin. Already did that, already cleared cache, already reinstalled app. It's a brand new bug in your app.
I can't enter the city of purchase for some of my expenses. I have an expense report due, and I can't submit it without the citys entered. There is no help for this in the app or website.
too many implications in the app, some updates we do are saving in web better than this application. it didn't justify as a portable sap concur experience
No longer the more convenient method for expenses due to forced AI "expenseit" features. You cannot disable it. Forced AI scanning of receipts while warning you that it may contain errors (it always does). So now I get to do twice the work while interfacing with my thumbs on a mobile screen. Brilliant 😐 Can't wait for the bubble to pop, but i just wish the charlatans and anti-humanists would actually suffer more when that happens.
AI has completely broken this app. Ever since the "AI" tag has appeared everywhere the app has been making all kinds of mistakes. Auto merging completely different transactions, attributing random locations to purchases and mileage (somehow my drive from Florida to Arkansas was a New York purchase, which got me audited). On top of all that the servers are incredibly slow, to the point where changes made in the web version will take hours to show in the mobile version, assuming they show at all.
