No use.
I installed this app 31 March 2024. Bought one CD. Not seeing the audio in my library or anywhere. Bought one more 01 April 2024 and not finding anything to download. No response to my emails...very sad and disappointed. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS IMMEDIATELY. Also please ensure future purchases don't face this issue.
I had listened to few lectures the last two years. In the past few months noticed the lectures continued to play even after I stopped it. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now all my past lectures have disappeared and nothing is there in My Library. Could this be addressed? Thank you

Gave 3 stars earlier, now downgrading to one star. Took 2 weeks for developers to fix the bug (broken completely after July 16). Informed with screenshots that it doesn't recognise folder where I've downloaded & kept talks,but forces me to download & have net on while playing.Rudimentary player.Player even if paused, comes on while playing YT vids/after phone calls. What features this update have? Nothing that I see. Waste of money for data to download again & again.Pl downgrade to prev veraion.
In my Mobile( Android version) , I have installed the app and download the first guided meditation. With great difficulty after multiple tapping, the file opens, suddenly disappears in few minutes, Swamiji voice is not clear, looks as if fast forwarding. Please look into the problem and guide if any settings needs to be changed. Thanks 🙏
No one takes care of feedback. Do you know what sadhaka goes through? We bought several discourses and can not open it. You just don't care, frustrating.

can the files be transfered to another likVLC media or Itunes because the player in the app is boring to say the least can the app be installed in PC
Paid twice for the same CD which is still not available in the form of a download
This APP is not easy to download or use. I been trying for few days, unable to open the APP, and purchase CD's.
There are problems in 'My Library' -> Topics and 'My Library' -> Lectures sub-sections. Not all purchased CDs/ Volumes are available for playing in these subsections. They disappear after a while or not show up at all after the CDs are purchased. This defeats the purpose of the app itself. CD 59 of Gita bhashyam says that there are 10 classes but there are only 9 classes. Class no : 586 is missing. Please upload it soon.not able to play CD 60 of gita bhashyam. It is not available in my library.
There appears to be some errors in the topics. I have downloaded a few classes and the files pertain to some other topics. No reply to my mail to Sastraprakashika, And no one picks up the phone either ,

Poor design of app it show playing one thing but it will be playing something else
The app has a bug on android phone. All my purchased CD On this app in my smartphone phone are not payable, neither I am able to purchase fresh one. Even the down loaded satsangs have also disappeared. Please fix the problem immediately. I have already escalated this issue on your email but there is no response. Ramesh Kumar Madan
The app keeps stopping sometimes right in the middle of the class sometimes when I try to forward or rewind. Simply terrible. Please address the issue.
