I ordered a dress from savana and on the day of delivery I got a call from the delivery person asking for the cancellation code and saying it was misplaced. There are no customer service personnel I can talk to.
the clothes are rlly trendy and nice but the delivery system is the worst I've ever experienced. My parcel has been in the transit since forever, I ordered 10 days ago and still haven't received my order. This was my first impression of this app and I'm never ordering again. Worst experience
Absolutely horrible experience with Savana. They show an attractive delivery date before purchase, but the moment you pay, they suddenly change it without any consent or proper communication. This feels misleading and completely unprofessional. Customers make purchase decisions based on the promised delivery timeline, and changing it afterward is unacceptable. If you can’t deliver on time, don’t display fake delivery estimates just to get orders. Very disappointing service and zero transparency.
delivery partners are so rude they cancel my order by by their own and did not even call me I cancel my previous order because of the late delivery I did not need that order any more that's why I had to cancel that but apart from that order I also order something else in which they mention that I cancel my order by my own but I did not do that and they did to me and I'm waiting for my parcel there is not even call me and they send a message on WhatsApp that I cancel my parcel

worst experience, they use third party delivery agents and I told my delivery agent to leave it near the counter of my building and when I got home and saw that the package was opened and my order was replaced with another piece of waste cloth. I've reached the support team and they are just saying they're not responsible for this once you have shared your OTP . Pathetic service. The collection might be good but I'm never gonna order again
My phone has full network and the Wi-Fi is also connected but this app is still showing network unavailable .
I have this app...but there is no update pending, yet still the app is not opening!!!! Earlier there was only issue of late delivery, now the app isn't Even working!
If I am making payment and return your product without any damage then you should also return my money back to my account.

Savana does have some good clothes but the quality is not very amazing, and they don't allow all reviews unless it's positive. Recently, I've noticed that some of the reviews have ai pictures that are very fake and look absolutely perfect, giving false advertisements. And the clothes don't look exactly like the references a lot of times. I hope they improve the quality of fabrics and how the clothes look. Thanks!
