ハイパー預金を開いて振替を押すと必ずアプリが落ちるようになりました。キャッシュ削除しても同じです。困る〜〜 あと異様にバッテリーを食うのもなんとかして欲しいです…

There is no option to change the language to emglish! I cant use it at all! Atleast in browser we have the option of auto translation. I would highly recommend to bring an update that allows us to change the language !!! IMPROVE IT PLS

I think it's basically a fine bank, but their website and app are horrible even by Japanese standards. And forget about it if you're a foreigner.
Each operation will take more than 5 seconds, like transit from sub screen back to main will freeze about 5 seconds first, then take another 5 seconds to load the main screen.
重くなった。SBIに買収される前は快適に使えてました。最近重くなりました。指紋認証してからの遷移が長かったり、落ちたり。 画面遷移で落ちたり、待たされたり。 ウェブも重いです。画面が出てこないので再読込したら、不正な操作だったらしく再ログインさせられました。 PCからWebを使うのが一番いいです
It used to be great before the most recent update. The bank is clearly targeting foreign users with their competitive exchange rates, English services, and easy application process, yet their new app design team doesn't seem to be remotely on the same page. The older version had all the main services on a customizable home page where you can look through your selected exchange rates at a glance. You now need to click two buttons to slowly load up two separate pages just to do the same.
Doesn't allow transfers
Completely destroyed the service. Worst banking app ever.
English language disappeared which makes absolutely no point in using this bank at all.
Don't bother, besides the absence of English there are design flaws, stick to the web page.
With your lates update you changed a over all not bad application to a complete useless one. Terrible structured UI, useless information everywhere, filled with advertisement, still no English, it's a shame what you're delivering.

There should be language option. No use for Foreigner.
The app was ok in the past, but now I can't get in. It's asking me to (re-)register EITHER my face OR fingerprint. I would happily register my face but not my fingerprint, as I can't use the fingerprint scanner on my phone. However, the first part of the process is to scan your fingerprint. This is basic stuff. If you have an either/or option, don't make both compulsory. If you do make both compulsory, then consider that some customers will not be able to comply and they will go elsewhere.
スマホ認証(FIDO)しないともうログインできないことになってます。ウエブに必要がないのに、やりすぎだと感じてます。今まで通りパスワードだけでログインできない限り、もう使わないようにします。
デザインがイマイチな上にアプリが重い。日常使いにストレスを感じる。要改善。

Please add fingerprint login!
No idea why they switched back to SMS and went back in time - now it's unusable overseas or whenever you can't receive an SMS code. Before, there was an app to get a code, not sure why they went backwards.
The most terrible, least user friendly app I have ever had the displeasure of having to download. Not only do you constantly have to re register your email but it also doesn't allow all features or have any other language functions. Honestly wish I never registered with this bank. Even their website gives problems when trying to transfer funds. I am thoroughly unimpressed.
A most recent update to this application has made it nearly unusable. Before then it used to be fine but now loading to a page where you previously were can take between 3-10 seconds.
No English no good
No English. Shinsei bank is well known to foreigners due to their English support overall. I'm really sad to see that the bank application lacks English support.
Not foreign friendly. They have foreigners using this bank, but this app is not in English.
