Unable to login. Just after entering credentials it just shows blank page. I can't even open my account from browser as well, as it needs token from app. Why can't you switch to otp based 2FA. I am unable to perform any transactions in my account and silly thing is you can raise complaints only after logging in from your profile section. I will better switch to some other trading services. It was a waste of time putting my money here.

You are automatically logged out everyweek. Click on login, opens browser, enter credentials after login, it again shows login page in app. Fix this issues. Update: Even after enabling two-factor authentication (face scan), you are not able to login with that. Every few days, you have to clear the cache and log in again. please fix it

I'm really disappointed with the Login process. The app won't let me sign in whenever there's a critical phase and i want to buy or sell during high volatility.

Over 6 years I had repeatedly problems with the app, esp. after updates. Latest example, at the moment I cannot login to the app as it 1) didn't recognise my phone as saved device and 2) doesn't use my correct email as part of the 2-factor authentication when i tried resetting it. Replies on help requests take normally forever (Ticket: 02896413)
They closed my account without any explanations despite me following all the rules.
Stop orders are executed as market orders every now and then, ignoring the stop instructions. Customer service is providing no solution since two months. Inacceptable!

I am not able to re open my account. I contacted customer support already. I asked to block my account after my phone was stolen. Now after one year I'm not able to reopen it and I have money there! I still want to use the product but customer support is very slow answering and re opening my account

App stops working after the username and password are provided and shows the black page. Uninstalled and installed it again. Guess what, More mess and Deadlock. Now it says, I need to open the paired device and do the authentication. It's the same device I paired it already. Insane logic of the user authentication process. complaint raised for removal of Dual authentication. No answer so far. Definitely not happy for delayed support and services.
The security architecture is logically flawed: No Channel Separation: The app is the sole gateway. Lack of a hardware TAN device creates a critical single point of failure. Forced Portability: Users are required to carry the "master key" to their entire portfolio at all times. No Temporal Barriers: Absence of a cooling-off period (e.g., 45 days) for new bank connections allows immediate unauthorized capital transfer. Conclusion: Prioritizing convenience is risky.
Scam. The app is super confusing. They don't let me withdraw my money
Never ever use this. This app doesn't support well during a stock wipe out. Doesn't allow sell it and realize loss for tax purposes.
Support is an improvised bunch of incapable that does not give a dime about paying customers. Stay away

The Android version is terrible. You have to always close or reload to use the app.
Genuine advice stay away from scalable: high fees for wealth portfolio. UI confusing and lacking basic features. Chat bot support gives factually incorrect answers consistently. It even cost me money by giving wrong answers about setting up a wealth plan. Customer support is virtually non-existant, so Good luck getting answers for a query in a few weeks
update : 27 October. Still not fixed the downtime is way too much. I can't even keep a check on my portfolio properly. and when I login all my filters are reset. please see trade republic UI and make a better UI. It's insane that the spread is soo much and you cannot provide a good UI. (not even talking about the features that TR provides in comparison to SC). And please make the UI internationalized. one can't use the wealth management unless you know German :). And please let me login :)

Seit einiger Zeit geht gar nichts mehr. Alle Saving Plans weg und Account ist bis Anfang November gesperrt. Das ist eine Frechheit, vorallem wenn man die App wie ich für langfristige unregelmäßige Anlagen verwendet.

At the same time it's really annoying that the expiration date of the options are not displayed in the app and the users must go to the website. like every time we have 5 more clicks and coming back requires authentication. very bad ux to save data and API calls?

There are many times that I cannot log in my account. The server is not stable at all.
Its booting or loading times, most of the time is really high. Everytime, when there is some big movement in the markets, and you want to quickly buy or sell, the app doesn't open at all. It gets irritating.
1.) In watch list, when hitting the back button, the app jumps to the very top of the watch list. Very annoying and such an obvious design flaw. 2.) Since the introduction of YTD, you must scroll to access Max time scale. Stupid design, very annoying for the user. 3.) Annual tax confirmation not before April/May. Other brokers are much faster (January/February).
**login and data unavailable issues still persist sometimes** features to add: * add push notification/alert when new mail arrives on inbox * simple profit/loss statement/report generation for desired period (atleast net profit/loss) based on selected dates * complete list of all available securities. please consider my suggestions. I have been suggesting same from last 1 year but I don't see any implication. these are quite basic and must have functionalities.
More than a year later I'm lowering my rating, still no way to see the actual returns of our investments. We need a YTD function and be able to select specific year to check our TWR!
App is easy to use. However, it's annoying that several times pages are just blank, due to which I have lost some buy-sell opportunities. Restart app, clean device memory sometimes help but not often. The purpose of this App is to facilitate smoothly the transactions, heavy and fast at times, if this purpose is not fulfilled, then will be forced to shift to another app. Also, it is not possible to create a P&L statement, which is another basic need.
