I never subscribed to this. Never even used it. No help from customer support. They were very diligent in billing me though.

Really upset. the app wasn't useful for what I needed it for so I'm trying to figure out how to unsubscribe Before they charge me and they're making it very difficult. This should just be a button..

false advertising free 3 day trial. my card was immediately charged $6.99. customer service is no help. They so nothing but send canned email replies. I'll definitely be reporting them to my states attorney general office and the FTC for fraudulent and misleading advertising. I'm not contacting you all again via "contact us" because you FAILED to assist. You all have been reported to FTC for fraud. oh, please! Stop replying back with EXCUSES! Either way you all are on FTC's radar!

Lets you scan stuff, but you can't export or share anything unless you subscribe to the 3 day free trial, which turns into a $12 AUD/week payment. The customer service is terrible, which is no shock. They very obviously try to make it as hard as possible to unsubscribe to keep your money. Also, it has the same botted replies to all critical messages, giving the same advice on how to unsubscribe, which doesn't work. Typical scammy "free" app, go find another one.
do not get this app. the free trial will screw you and Google will screw you i got charged $8 for this app during a free trial tried to get a refund from Google they wouldn't give me one and Scan shot won't give me one because it's Google responsibility. Nice way to pass the buck. EDIT: (reply to company comment) I was a new subscriber using a trial. I think your description leaves a lot to be desired. I am sure I'm not only one screwed out of the $8

It's cutting off way more than the crop I had set? lol It was a full page but after I clicked the check mark that I was done now somehow its like 1/3 of the document. not what I was looking for at all.
Simply doesn't work. When you try to save the PDF somewhere, it says it can't save to any one of folders you choose. No matter where you try to save it, it says it can't and choose somewhere else.
You can absolutely scan documents with this app - but use them (i.e. save them to your device or share them) you cannot without paying the subscription. Not helpful.
