What is this dum app the worst UI I have ever seen, I accidentally pressed submit for my child's school permission note but I wasn't sign it properly and they still submit it and also why they don't have a option where you can resubmit. this is stupid now I have to wait for the school to deny it back or something

Wont load anything. Just plain white screen, nothing else. Cant even log in. This is ridiculous. The entire concept of this app is disgusting. Mobile Phones should not be a necessity for parents. Especially when the required apps dont even work!
app is extremely difficult to use especially when you have more than 1 child in different schools. The app gets stuck on 1 student and won't move to the other student in different school. End up emailing the schools directly for information and updates. The app is useless.

This app will not notify you even when you enable notifications... It's in need of an all over update...

this app is the worst! It logs you out all the time, everytime you exit the app. And when you try to log back in, it doesn't work as if the log in button is broken? Fix your app.
Again, another school year, another year with this problematic app. Firstly, the developers seem to only focus on iphone forgetting that over 60% of mobile users globally are actually using ANDROID. Secondly, there's an issue where only the parent listed as 'Financially responsible' gets all the emails notifications whilst the second parent, gets nothing. Not helpful for kids whose parents are separated but need to be informed. Possibly the worst school notification app...but forced into using.
Useless, after logging into the app it just takes you back to the browser anyway
Quite simply the worst app I have ever used. What makes it worse is that you basically have to use it. The menus are arranged like a drunken monkey threw some darts at a wall and called it a day. Want to pay for something? Make sure you read the user guide first! School news? You'll find them at times. Want to read details on them? Yer, I haven’t figured out how to do that yet. Notification? Like that works... Just rubbish all round.
Worst app in the universe. Can't log in either way. I tried absolutely everything possible, but I've only been able to use it once . The ladies work for school bytes are lovely and have tried to help every which way possible but still doesn't work . Passwords and everything are linked and changed and nothing. The site has been unblock and still doesn't work . Worst system ever. What works for some doesn't work for others . The app itself needs a big adjustment
Not user friendly, many communications need to add additional child. No Customer service available for user(Parent) from developer.

The login button doesn't work, so I have no idea how the actual app works. I tried reinstalling it but had the same issue.

Totally sucks. Even the password creation is a FAIL! TELL ME YOU NEED UPPER CASE LETTER. lower case letter, a f$&ing Symbol and the length... FAAAAARRRKKKK
Never seem to get any useful notifications & should be able to set for SMS . Or can you & I just can't figure it out There too many apps , this for payments, compass for other things (but that's one of the worst apps I've used) Unless there is a link to pay it's time consuming how to figure out what to do, so I just don't use it unless I have a link

What a waste of time and money to create this... The previous portal app was a thousand times better and you could do so much more and get better details about your kids. Maybe I just haven't figured it out... But if not, it's not very intuitive

I have to keep resetting my password every time I need to login
misleading convenience. schools have heavily relied on this app for full communication and payment and consent for various activities. It keeps crashing and seems to have so many problems keeping me logged in.
App occasionally asks me to enter my login details, why cannot I stay logged in?! Other apps are able to do that. Also some pages open in browser instead of the app, which behavior doesn't look professional. Overall all this app doesn't look trustworthy, everything seems to be poorly made. Wouldn't use it if I had the choice. Upd.: and pls someone tell the developers that dark mode for mobile phones exists! I cannot see my notification panel while using the app as it is completely blacked!
Nothing happens when I hit the Log In button. I can't use the app at all. I now choose the Register button to get redirected to the website so I can then log in there, but that doesn't carry back to the app.
It's a great service, assisting in keeping track of school events, but they need to allow students to use it to, so they can keep track of their own events too.
Cant enable two factor authentication. Notifications don't work.
You enable notifications but there are none. the app info shows permissions to send notifications enabled but its not listed in the list of apps when you review what apps can/can't send notifications. this is THE biggest issue i have. i have no idea when things land. this is a key functional requirement i would have thought. if i am going to be forced to use this to interact with school permission and payments i expect a polished product or go back to crumpled paper notes in school bags
Apple version seems to work fine. This version is full of bugs worden than just using a browser.
Good app but I've had to uninstall and then install again due to a white screen and the app not loading beyond that point
