don't see the point of using the app if your points expire 220 points expired this month I didn't know until I was going to redeem a free drink
It wouldn't let me sign in and it wouldn't let me reset my password so I'm just deleting the app And I'm going to go somewhere else. I have a lot of other coffee choices in my area.

i went back and forth with them over 2 months waiting on resolve. they are scammers. after refusing to give me my birthday reward and never responding to my customer feedback,I erased the account and never looked back
They don't give notification of double smiles days till that day. went earlier to get coffee it just now popped up u can get double smiles after noon i would have waited if i knew that
There is no way to save favorites or reorder what you last ordered! I get the same drink every time and it would be so nice to just add a favorite order to the cart and check out! Instead I have to go through the trouble of finding each option and readding it to the cart. There is really no reason for there not to be this option! Every other food app allows you to save favorite item or simply click reorder when you go to a previous order. So frustrating!
App won't load menu for 2 days now. Uninstalled and reinstalled and all updated.
Very frustrated with the new app. I don't live near a scooter's location, so it takes me a while to earn enough points for a free drink. By the time I have enough, the points expire.
