the apps not working for the last 2 days so I deleted it to reinstall it and now it's just doing that little circle loading thing what the heck

idk where else to say this but the Cherry Cove Rebull Infusion is broken in the app. It says "Choose Flavors: Two Minimum" but the only option is coconut so it's impossible to order the cherry cove thru the app for pick up. have to make my app order plus an additional order at the window. hope it can get fixed.

Normally love the app but on the android version something happened with the last update and now cold foam is no longer an option for any of the cold drinks excluding the iced s'mores latte the just added to the menu. I've sent two emails to the contact email but no replies so far. 5/23/26 Having this issue once again. really annoying.
App is cool to see new drinks available, but needs Gpay/Venmo/PayPal for payment options. Reloading a gift card or putting in a credit card number is not ideal

It wouldn't let me sign in and it wouldn't let me reset my password so I'm just deleting the app And I'm going to go somewhere else. I have a lot of other coffee choices in my area.
coupons don't work, app laggy and very buggy, orders disappear

i went back and forth with them over 2 months waiting on resolve. they are scammers. after refusing to give me my birthday reward and never responding to my customer feedback,I erased the account and never looked back

there's coffee is good but they don't give you the points made four purchases that I never got even one point my granddaughter got a $20 gift card that we have called corporation went to the store and email and still they will not honor it it says error and they will not fix it....$20 is $20
